牛排小知識🥩
1.用紙巾擦乾牛排表面的水份💧。牛排表面的水份會使焦糖化變得不均勻。
2.煮牛排時先調味🧂。煮之前，應先用鹽調味牛排，如果提早調味,鹽會抽出水份並使表面變濕。
3.與不粘鍋🍳相比，鑄鐵或不銹鋼鍋具有更強的導熱性，可以使牛排煮得透徹。
4，讓牛排靜置(冷卻)可以使肉汁散佈在內部，所以牛排既美味又多汁👌🏻。
5.切牛排時看到的紅色液體實際上是"肌紅蛋白"🧬。
最後希望大家能在家裏煮出最完美的牛排🤙.
How to cook 🥩?
Tips
1.Pat dry with paper towel. Excess moisture💧 on the outside of steak is the enemy of a caramelization, which means less flavor.
2.Seasoning 🧂when you cook. Season the steaks with salt right before you cook them, otherwise the salt will draw out the moisture and make the outside wet again.
3.Compared with non-stick pan🍳, a cast iron or a stainless steel pan have stronger thermal conductivity, cook it can cook the steak more evenly.
4.Resting the steak gives it room for the juices to be spread evenly inside, so the steak is nice and juicy👌🏻.
5.The red liquid that comes out when cutting the steak is called "Myoglobin"🧬.

CL Club早日係黑沙海灘舉行咗燒烤會內活動！大家喺今次嘅活動入面更加了解會內成員，令到Cl Club 更加融洽同熱鬧。
亦都借呢次機會幫我地CL Club 12月份生日嘅兩位壽星慶祝生日，祝佢地願望成真🤙。
今年我哋增設證書派發比會內活躍成員， 感謝活躍成員一年嚟嘅努力。
希望未來CL club 做得更好！係呢度亦祝大家喺嚟緊嘅聖誕節玩得開心啲🎉。
Last Friday, CL Club held a BBQ party in Hac Sa Beach 🏖 and we were taking this opportunity to celebrate the birthday of two of our members on December❄️. This year we added a link to distribute certificates to active members to show them our gratitude🤝and we firmly believe CL club will be much better in the future. Eventually, thanks to every members for taking part in our event and have fun on Christmas day.🎄:)

多謝今次muso🎸為我哋帶嚟咁豐富又有趣嘅表演🤙，唔知大家又鍾唔鍾意我哋準備嘅小食呢？今次係我哋CL Club 2019最後一個活動，希望下次仲有機會同muso或者其他學會合作😄。 最後祝大家考試順利，期待CL Club係下一年為大家帶來更多的活動😁。
Thank you to the Music Society🎸for giving such a great performance🤙. Have you guys enjoyed the food and the performance? 廚藝學會👩🍳👨🍳2019 ‘’老人院探訪活動👵‘’
今次係我地CL club第二次去探訪老人院😊，同上年一樣我地為老人家準備咗一啲傳統嘅糕點同埋糖水😀。我哋仲準備咗”你畫我猜”遊戲同”摺紙”環節，希望可以同老人家一齊渡過一個溫馨又愉快嘅下午。
最後我地廚藝學會接下來會有更多活動，期望將美食同溫暖帶入社區❤️
Culinary Art Club👩🍳👨🍳 2019 “Elderly Home Visit👵”
This is our second year visiting the St. Francisco Elderly Home!🤗. We have made different kinds of traditional Chinese pastries and "tong sui", also know as sweet soup, for the lovely elderly people. In addition, We had a warming and yet delightful afternoon together with the elderly people playing the "draw and guess" game and also folding some "origamis". Finally, it was a pleasure for us to be able to make such an event and be part of this nursing home community😊.
In name of the Culinary Arts Club at the Institute of Tourism Studies, we are planning to have more fun activities and events in the near future. So please stay tuned!!!😁

[IFT SU👁 X KWNC SU💉] 合辦的萬聖節活動🕯
感謝各位廚藝學會👩🍳👨🍳成員參加這次的協辦活動。作為協辦單位，我們負責準備當晚既晚餐，咁多位同學都好努力同比心機咁炮製食物😆，如果無左大家既付出就唔會有咁精緻盞鬼既野食。另外，感謝旅遊學院同鏡湖學院學生會為我地帶黎如此驚嚇既活動😨，好味有趣既食物加上精心鋪排既活動造就左一個成功既萬聖節派對🎃！最後祝大家萬聖節快樂🎉🎉。
[IFT SU👁 X KWNC SU💉] Halloween event carried out jointly🕯
Thank you to the members of the Culinary Arts Club for participating in the event👩🍳👨🍳. As a co-organizer, we are responsible for the evening meal. During the production process, we also realized the hard work and sincerity of the students😁. Without yours effort, there won't have such delicate food. In addition, thanks to the Student Union of IFT and Kiang Wu Nursing College for bringing us such a frightening party🧛🏻♀️🧛🏻♂️, only delicious food with horror activities can be considered a successful Halloween party🎃!
