On April 29, 2026, the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management (APAEM) at the University of Macau (UM), together with the Department of Economics of the Faculty of Social Sciences at UM and the Institute of World Economy at Fudan University, successfully co-hosted the "Joint Economic Workshop Between Fudan University and University of Macau on the Chinese Economy".

The workshop brought together experts and scholars from relevant fields to explore the latest developments in global carbon emission policies and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues, fostering in-depth discussions on these topics.
