Absolutely buzzing with this brilliant news from the UK! 🇬🇧✨

A massive well done to our five P5 and P6 students, who smashed it at the 2026 Youth Public Speaking Competition Global Invitational Round.

After an action-packed five-day workshop at Gonville & Caius College, University of Cambridge, they took to the stage for their final speeches at Dartmouth House, home of the English-Speaking Union — and what a fantastic job they did!

We’re chuffed to bits to announce the results:

What an incredible summer our students have had! 🌟

We are so proud to share that this year we took a group of our P4-6 students to Oxford for a fantastic summer programme — and what an experience it was! They spent their time exploring one of the world’s most famous and historic cities, challenging themselves academically, and making memories that will stay with them long after the school gates open again in September.

From iconic landmarks to classroom sessions alongside students from around the world, they embraced every moment and represented our school brilliantly.

A big thank you to all the parents for your support in making this trip possible. 💙

⚽️ Goal! Primary 2 Mini‑Mundial Triumph! 🌍🏆

Our Primary 2 students transformed the stadium into a brilliant football festival, enjoying an unforgettable morning of language learning and true sportsmanship at our P2 Mini‑Mundial! ⚽🌍

Sporting their favourite football shirts, our young players brought all the excitement of a real World Cup to the pitch. Dribbling, passing and shooting — all in English — they put their classroom language skills into action with confidence and flair. The friendly matches between classes were a real highlight, giving everyone the chance to showcase teamwork, clear communication and fair play in every game. 🏆👕

This immersive event was a fantastic celebration of confidence, collaboration and community spirit. A huge thank you to Coach Jose Filho from SASL Macau, our very own Coach Carl, and all our dedicated teachers and parents for their incredible support in making this experiential learning day such a resounding success! 🌟

From the Classroom to the Stage! 🎭🌊

Our Primary 5 Advanced class traded their textbooks for the grand stage of the House of Dancing Water at City of Dreams, Macau! 🇲🇴

The students didn't just watch the spectacular show; they got an exclusive peek behind the curtain. They met the stars and crew, interviewing a lead actor, an aerial artist, and an aquatic technician. It was an eye-opening experience that showed them the hard work and passion behind the performance, giving them plenty of food for thought when it comes to their future careers!

Special thanks to City of Dreams Macau for the complimentary tickets—what a generous treat! 🙏 And a big round of applause for our awesome teachers—Miss Tina, Miss Maria, and Mr. Joel—for planning this incredible trip.

Back in class, the students channeled their inspiration into writing fantastic group narratives. The magic of the show is still inspiring them!

🌟 A Souper Day at Artyzen! 🌟

Our Primary 5 students returned to Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau for another delicious English project adventure – this time, preparing the famous Portuguese soup, caldo verde! 🇵🇹🍲

Guided by professional chefs, the students chopped, stirred and seasoned like true culinary pros, all while communicating in English. They picked up new vocabulary, followed instructions carefully, and worked together to bring this comforting traditional dish to life. 🧅🥬🧂

From giggles in the ballroom to proud smiles as they sampled their own creations, it was a day filled with culture, confidence and creativity. 💚

🏎️ Primary 6 Trip to Coloane 🏎️

Our Primary 6 students visited Coloane to try karting as part of their topic on extreme sports. It was a great chance for them to experience the excitement of racing while learning about the importance of safety and protective gear.

The students showed confidence, responsibility and excellent behaviour throughout the session. There were lots of smiles and plenty of cheering as they took to the track!

We are very proud of Primary 6 for embracing this new challenge and representing the school so well. 👏
