Our summer adventure at Ranum Efterskole College in Aalborg has officially come to a wonderful end! 🥹✨
Over the past few days, our students took part in a wide range of exciting activities, including canoeing 🛶, zoo visits 🦒, bonfire nights 🔥🎵, and prom night 💃🕺.

Every activity brought new challenges and joyful moments. Our students gained valuable experience, built friendships with international peers 🤝🌏 and immersed themselves in Danish culture 🇩🇰. It has truly been an unforgettable summer filled with precious memories 📸💖.

We are so proud of all our students, who have grown more independent and open-minded throughout this overseas journey. 💪😭👏

Amazing days at Ranum Efterskole College, Aalborg with our 10 students and Miss Flora!

We've tried wakeboarding, sailing, baked bread over campfires, and even enjoyed a super fun Casino Night together.🌊⛵

We also visited the nearby campus farm to feed goats🐐, alpacas🦙, and donkeys — endless chances to connect with nature every day!

🥰Our team of 1️⃣0️⃣ students and our teacher - Miss Flora, are having an amazing time at the summer programme in Ranum Efterskole College, Aalborg! 🎒☀️

🌊⛰️ From water activities to mountain hikes and biking, every day brings new adventures. Wednesdays are for excursions — yesterday we had a blast at Fårup Sommerland, enjoying rides, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 🎢🎡

🌍🤝 We’ve also made friends from around the world and learned so much about different cultures. The camp isn’t over yet, and we can’t wait for all the exciting activities still ahead! Stay tuned for more highlights! ✨📸

Denmark Summer Camp Journey Begins ✈️

Our 10 brilliant students + one teacher supervisor are on their way to Ranum Efterskole College, Aalborg, Denmark!

For the next 16 days, they’ll dive into immersive English lessons, outdoor adventures, cross-cultural sharing and tons of fun with international campmates.

Let’s send our best wishes for an amazing, eye-opening summer trip full of new memories and growth!

On 2nd July, our campus was buzzing with excitement🥳 as our P5 students participated in an Orienteering Challenge!🤝🏻
Students navigated the school grounds🧭, tackling diverse tasks🕵️ to earn clues for their next destination. Each completed mission granted them a puzzle piece🧩, culminating in a fun challenge to identify the mystery personality hidden in the final puzzle.
While the activity was packed with fun, the real reward was watching the students grow.😊 They discovered the true value of cooperation👭🏻👬, mastered the art of communication🗣️, and sharpened their problem-solving skills under pressure.🧐

📚 English Teachers Connecting Across Levels!
Last Thursday evening, two of our English teachers – Miss Monica and Miss Didi had the privilege of attending the thought-provoking seminar "Are You Ready? – Bridging Secondary and University English" 🎓, hosted by the English Group of the Chinese Educators Association of Macau.
It was a fantastic opportunity to hear from university lecturers and fellow secondary teachers about how we can better prepare our students for the academic English demands of tertiary education. 💬 Key takeaways included:
✅ Building student confidence through authentic exposure – study tours, competitions, and real-world tasks like writing CVs. ✈🏆
✅ Shifting focus from grades to creativity, critical thinking, and global awareness – especially in the AI era. 🤖💡
✅ The importance of starting the "bridging" process early – not just in Form 6, but throughout the whole secondary journey. 📖
