We are excited to host this special workshop with Daniel Chio, the Sous Chef of Casa Da Rosa and the first local chef from Macau to be selected for the UN "Young Chefs Programme.”
Jointly presented by Galaxy Kidz and Casa Da Rosa, this is the perfect chance for parents and kids to create something delicious together.
What’s on the menu:
- The Workshop: Learn how to make Casa Da Rosa’s signature Japanese Red Bean Matcha Egg Tart.
- Tart Tasting: Savor three other creative flavors—Italian Tiramisu, Dubai Chocolate, and French Strawberry.
