In our latest article, I explore why incentives are the most dominant cognitive bias of all and how they can lead even good people to make questionable choices. Understanding this is like having a roadmap to human behavior.

We don't see things as they are; we see them as we are. We love being right, so our brains naturally seek out information that supports our existing beliefs while ignoring everything else.
This latest article breaks down why "Confirmation Bias" is so powerful and how even the most intelligent people fall victim to it. Ready to challenge your own perspective?

Most people try to solve problems using only one "tool" or perspective. But as Charlie Munger famously said: "To a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail."
In my latest article, I explore the concept of the Latticework of Mental Models—a way of organizing worldy wisdom into a connected web that allows you to see reality as it truly is. Learn how to break out of your mental silos and build a more powerful thinking system. https://shorturl.at/gKVOs

Learning to Say “No, No”!
-----
Until you learn to say “No, thank you” or “I can’t,” you need to stop saying “Okay” or “Alright.”
A person cannot be in two places at once. That’s why you face choices about where to be, who to be with, and what to do. It may seem random, but your future greatly depends on who you choose to spend time with and what you choose to do.
When you say “Okay” to someone,
deeply understand that you are saying “No” to someone else!
If you say “Okay” to one place, make sure you recognize that you are inevitably saying “No” to another. You might be saying “No” to your family, friends, work, yourself, or your future! Double-check!!!
Instead of treating “Okay” like a sacred oath or promise, only to let it slip and waste someone’s precious time, efforts, or trust, just say “No” outright!
This is a lesson about always considering the cost of missed opportunities!!!
When making decisions, at least set one criterion!
