When your answers make sense to you but not to the markscheme 💀😭

📚💀 Stages of Studying for IGCSE Science:
1. Beginning of the year:
“This year, I will be organised, disciplined, and study daily.”
Highlighting whole textbook like I’m designing a rainbow
🗣️ (အိပ်စက်တယ်၊ လေ့လာတယ်၊ပညာရှင်ဖြစ်မယ်)

2. Mid-year:
“Okay… I’ll just read summaries and do past papers only.”
“လေ့လာတာနဲ့တူပေါ့… it’s the same right?”
📺 Random YouTube teacher becomes my bestie.

3. 2 weeks before exam:
“I REGRET EVERYTHING.”
Living off instant coffee, breakdowns.
📦 “Where is my Biology book?! And also… where is my life going?!”

4. After exam:
😎 “Bruhhh it wasn’t that bad actually.”

3 IGCSE Science Mistakes That Are Killing Your Grades (and how to fix them)

IGCSEမှာ အများကြီးကလုပ်လေ့ရှိတဲ့ mistakes ၃ ချက် (နဲ့ ဘယ်လိုပြင်ရမလဲ)

📌 1. Memorizing without understanding
Just reading notes over and over won’t help if you don’t understand what’s going on.
နားမလည်ဘလုပ်တာဆိုရင် examမှာ totally stuck ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
🧠 Tip: Every time you study something, ask yourself “Why does this happen?” and “How does it work?”

📌 2. Ignoring command words
တော်တော်များများက answer မှန်ပေမယ့် “state”, “explain”, “describe” ဆိုတာကို မသိလို့ marks lose ဖြစ်နိင်ပါတယ်။
📝 Advice: Command word တစ်ခုချင်းစီ ဘာမျိုး expected ဖြစ်လဲ ဆိုတာ list လုပ်ထားရင် examမှာ helpful ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

📌 3. Leaving diagrams till the last week

🎯 Solution: Try drawing one diagram a day. Even if it’s not perfect, label it. တစ်ပတ်လောက်ကြိုးစားရင်လည်း already better than before ပါ diagram က mark ရကတာ very easy ပါ especially in biology.

🚀 These are small changes but they make a big difference.
Avoiding just these 3 mistakes can seriously boost your grade.
