ဆရာကြီး၏ ဘဝကို ဂဟေဆော်သူအဖြစ်မှ စတင်ကာ အာကာသဒုံးပျံပညာရှင် ဖြစ်ခဲ့သည်။ ဂဟေဆော်ပြီးနောက် အိုဟိုင်းအိုး တက္ကသိုလ် တွင် Laser beam, Electron Beam ဂဟေအင်ဂျင်နီယာတက်ခဲ့သည်။ ဂဟေအကြောင်း ကောင်းစွာသိခဲ့သဖြင့် ယင်းတက္ကသိုလ်တွင် ဆရာလုပ်ခဲ့ရသေးသည်။
ထို့နောက် Lockheed Martin ကုမ္ပဏီ ( အမေရိကန် စစ်လက်နက်နှင့် အာကာသယဉ် ဒုံးကျဉ်စစ်ဂျက်လေယဉစသည်တို့ကို အများဆုံးထုတ်သည်)တွင် NASA နှင့်US department of Defense အတွက် International Space station and Tactical Missile System အတွက် ဝင်ရောက် လုပ်ကိုင်ရာ Lockheed Martin Fellow ခေါ်သည့် ဝန်ထမ်း တစ်သိန်းကျော်တွင် တစ်ရာခိုင်နှုန်းသာရသည့် Rocket Scientist ပညာရှင်အဆင့်ရရှိသည်။
အမေရိကန်ဂဟေအဖွဲ့ကြီး၏ ပထမဆုံး အာဖရိကန် အမေရိကန် ဥက္ကဌ အဖြစ် ၂၀၀၂တွင် ဖြစ်ခဲ့သည်။
ဂဟေပရိုစီဂျာပေါင်းများစွာကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ရေးသားခဲ့ပီး Lockheed Martin ထုတ်ကုန်များကို နိုင်ငံတကာသို့ ရှေ့တန်းရောက်အောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ ၂၀၀၀ခုနှစ်တွင် သူ၏အဖွဲ့သည် missiles ဒုံးကျဉ် 284ခုကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ဂဟေဆော်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။
ပညာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ (Laser and Electron Beam welding၊ welding engineering) အနေဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာ့ အသိအမှတ်ပြုခြင်းခံရကာ လူငယ်များအဓိကထားကာ ဂဟေပညာရပ်နှင့် ပညာရှင်များကို တိုးတက်ပြန့်ပွါးရေး ကို အမေရိကန်နှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာတွင် အားတက်သရော လုပ်ဆောင်နေသူ ဆရာကြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဝန်ချီဝန်မလုပ်ငန်းများ သည် စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းကြီးများတွင် မတော်တဆ အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်ပွါးမှု ရာခိုင်နှုန်း အတော်များသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ISO, OSHA,ASME, API စသညိ့ ကမ္ဘာ့ စံချိန်စံညွှန်း နည်းဥပဒေအဖွဲ့အစည်းများက Rigger နှင့် Lifting Equipment တို့ကို ရည်ညွှန်းသတ်မှတ်စံများရှိကြပါသည်။
Competency standard for rigger မှာလည်း မမခင်၊ မနေစဉ်၊ မအပြီးအတွက် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်အရာများ၊ Lifting Plan, Risk Assessment, Hand Signals, Rigging components such as steel wire rope, shackles, webbing slings, etc..their construction, pre-use inspection, Angle factor, hitch mode factor for safe rigging calculations စသည်ဖြင့် စာတွေ့လက်တွေ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ သိရှိမှသာ ဘေးကင်း၍ အပျက်အစီးနည်းမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
တခါက အလုံမှ ဆိပ်ကမ်းတခုတွင် ဂျာမန်ကရိမ်း ဆိပ်ကမ်းချစဉ်၊ မြန်မာလုပ်သားများကို ပေးမချပဲ နိုင်ငံခြားသား လက်မှတ်ရကျွမ်းကျင်လုပ်သားများဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်သွားသည်ကို အမှတ်ရမိပါသည်။
