I attended a webinar by Scott Thornbury entitled "Dogme ELT: Method, Madness or Good Practice?". I gained my valuable insights and developed a lot of ideas on Dogme. I would like to apply in my classroom with the awareness of challenges. This webinar enlightened me to many more things I need to learn and motivated me to continue my professional development. 2025 ကုန်တော့မှာမို့ လုပ်နေကျ နှစ်တစ်နှစ်အတွက် reflection လေး🫶🏻💛

✨Career ✨
2025 မှာတော့ 2024 ရဲ့ Graduate TESOL လေးပြီးခဲ့ပြီ။ ဒီ Career အတွက်Biggest dreams တွေထဲကတစ်ခုကို 2026 မှာလုပ်ဖို့အတွက် အခု 2025 မှာ ကြိုးစားပြီး ရအောင်လုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့တာကတော့ 2025 ရဲ့ အပျော်ဆုံး အချိန်ပဲ။ နောက်တစ်ခုက ဒီလ က CPD လုပ်ရင်း ဖြတ်သန်းရတဲ့ 5 နှစ်မြောက် December။

စာလုပ်တာကတော့ မနှစ်ကမှန်းထားသလိုထိတော့ဖြစ်မလာပေမဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်ရင်း တိုးတက်လာတာမြင်ရတော့ ကျေနပ်ရုံအခြေအနေလေးပါပဲ ဟီး

✨Personality ✨
Personality ကတော့ stress management လုပ်နိုင်လာတယ်ပဲပြောရမလားပဲ။ ဒီနှစ်ကရှယ်ငိုခဲ့ရတဲ့နှစ် ဆိုတော့🤣။ ဒါပေမဲ့လဲ အဲ့တာတွေကြောင့်ပဲပိုပြီး handle လုပ်နိုင်လာတာ စိတ်ထားတတ်လာတာ အမြင်တွေပြောင်းလာတာတွေပဲဖြစ်လာတာပဲ။ အခုထိတော့ ညဘက်ဆို နေမကောင်းလို့ဆေးသောက်ပြီးအိပ်တဲ့အချိန်ကလွဲရင် ကျန်တဲ့နေ့တွေဆိုအိပ်မပျော်တာအခုထက်ထိပါပဲ။ အဲ့ကျေးဇူးတွေကြောင့်ပဲ ညဆို တရားလေးနာပြီးအိပ်တတ်သွားပြန်ရော။ ဒီနှစ်မှာလူတွေအကြောင်းလဲပိုသိလာရပြီး တစ်ခုခုဆို ကိုယ့်ဘေးနားမှာရှိပြီး ကူညီပေးကြတာလဲ ဘဝရဲ့ကံကောင်းခြင်းတွေထဲကတစ်ခုပါပဲ။🫶🏼💛

ဒီနှစ်အတွက်ကတော့ သိသိသာသာ အများကြီးမလုပ်ဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ Green Tara ရဲ့ MMELT Second Annual Conference မှာတစ်ခါ Green Tara မှာ Online Workshop တစ်ခါပေးခဲ့တာတွေရယ် လောက်ပဲ လုပ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တာပါ။ ဒါပေမဲ့လဲ မေးသမျှ သိသမျှကို ဘယ်သူမေးမေး ဖြေပေးတာမျိုး ပြောပြတာမျိုးတွေတော့လုပ်နေဆဲပါပဲ။

Overcoming self-doubt, taking risks, not giving up, and doing your best never disappoint you; you just need to wait for the right moment.

✨This is a happy moment I'd like to keep in my ELT Journey. Growth, networking, support, inspiration, and motivation are the greatest things I've gained today.

✨Seeing the spark in teachers' eyes when I share what I know is the strongest encouragement for me to stay consistent in learning and growth.

✨Believing in myself, "I can do it," even when I still have self-doubts, and proving to myself, "Yes, I did it" (of course with the help of Teacher Tara, my senior teachers, colleagues, and other lovely teachers) is the most empowering feeling that keeps me moving forward.

Lessons တွေကိုသေချာပြင်ပြီးစာတွေရှယ်ဖတ်ခဲ့ရတာ ဒါကြောင့်ကလေးတွေက "Tr ဖတ်ရဦးမှာလား" ဆိုရင်တကယ်ကိုယ်ချင်းစာတယ်🤣 ဒါပေမဲ့လဲတွန်းသလောက်ရွေ့ပေးခဲ့ကြလို့ ကျေးဇူးအများကြီးတင်ရပါတယ်။

ဒီလိုအမှတ်ကောင်းကောင်းတွေရခဲ့တာကလဲ ကိုယ့်ကြောင့်ဆိုတာထက် ကျောင်းသားတွေရဲ့ကြိုးစားမှုကြောင့်ပါ။ သူတို့ရဲ့ကြိုးစားမှုက အတန်းထဲမှာဆိုလဲ Concentration အပြည့်ပေးနိုင်တယ်။ စာဆိုလဲသေချာကိုလိုက်လုပ်ပြီး ကြိုးစားချင်စိတ်ရှိသလို ကြိုးလဲကြိုးစားကြတယ်။ ဒီပို့စ်က ကိုယ့်တပည့်လေးတွေရဲ့ ကြိုးစားမှုကိုအသိအမှတ်ပြုတဲ့အနေနဲ့ရယ် သူတို့လေးတွေရဲ့ ကြိုးစားမှုက ကိုယ့်career life မှာလဲအမှတ်တရဖြစ်စေလို့ပါ။ Trရေဆိုပြီးလာလာပြောပေးကြတဲ့အတွက်လဲဝမ်းသာပီတိဖြစ်ရပါတယ်ရှင့်။
