Resilient Mountain Solutions: Ten local solutions for global impact

This book presents 10 efficient, cost-effective and custom-made solutions that have been tested in the Hindu Kush Himalayan (HKH) region and are suitable for up-scaling and out-scaling to other regions. Each solution can contribute to several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and thus help ensure a better future for all. The 10 solutions showcased here are examples of a large number of diverse, nature-based solutions that provide long-term benefits to local communities, their environment and livelihoods by increasing their resilience to change.

This publication was developed as a part of the Resilient Mountain Solutions (RMS) initiative in collaboration with GRID-Arendal, Norway. The RMS Initiative is implemented by the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) in collaboration with local partners and is funded by the governments of Norway and Sweden.

Global Food Safety Institute က အစားအသောက်ဘေးဥပါဒ်အန္တရာယ်ကင်းရေး အသိပညာများ ဖြန့်ဖြူးပေးဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်နေပါတယ်။



ကျမတို့ရဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်တွေကတော့
(၁) စားသောက်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်သူ မည်သူမဆို မိမိတို့ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့ စားသောက်ကုန်တွေကို ဘေးကင်းအောင် ထုတ်လုပ်တတ်စေဖို့။ လက်လီရောင်းချသူများကလည်း ဘေးဥပါဒ်ကင်းတဲ့ စားသောက်ကုန်တွေကို ဦးစားပေးရောင်းချပြီး မိမိတို့ဆိုင်မှာရှိနေချိန် စားသောက်ကုန်တွေ ဘေးကင်းအောင် ကာကွယ်တတ်စေဖို့။
(၂) စားသုံးသူများကိုယ်တိုင်က ဘေးကင်းတဲ့အစားအသောက်တွေကို ဦးစားပေးရွေးချယ်တတ်စေဖို့
(၃) စားသောက်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲသူများ၊ ပညာရှင်များ၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍကို အများသိရှိစေဖို့ နဲ့
(၄) မြန်မာ့ထွက်ကုန်များကို Export လုပ်တဲ့အခါ Globally-recognized Food Safety Certificate များကို အသုံးပြုပြီး စျေးကောင်းရစေဖို့တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

(၂၀၂၂) တစ်နှစ်လုံး ကိုယ့်အသိပညာတွေကို ဖြည့်တင်းဖို့ Mekong Institute ရဲ့ Regional Training သုံးကြိမ်နဲ့ International Trade Centre, ARISE+ Myanmar Program က ကျင်းပတဲ့ Quality Champion သင်တန်းလေးဆင့်ကို တက်ရောက်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ FSSC 22000, Version 5.1 Lead Auditor Course ကိုတက်ရောက်သင်ကြားခဲ့ပြီး စာမေးပွဲကိုလည်း အောင်မြင်စွာဖြေကြားနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ကိုယ်သိထားတာတွေ ပြန်လည်ဖြန့်ဝေဖို့အတွက်ကတော့ သင်တန်းခေါင်းစဥ်အမျိုးမျိုးနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတစ်ဝှမ်းက စားသောက်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်သူများကို Food Safety နဲ့ပါတ်သက်တာတွေကို အများကြီးသင်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Resilience for Woman-led Business အစီအစဥ်ကပေးတဲ့ Capacity Enhancement Fund ကိုရရှိခဲ့ပြီး Learn-FoodSafety.com ဆိုတဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင် e-learning platform ကိုလည်း ထူထောင်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီအတွက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအနေနဲ့ကတော့ အခြေခံလိုအပ်ချက်ဖြစ်တဲ့ GHP က စပြီး ကမ္ဘာ့စျေးကွက်အများစုကို Export ပို့ဖို့ အရေးပါတဲ့ FSSC 22000, Version 5.1 လက်မှတ်ရယူနိုင်ဖို့အထိ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

အခု (၂၀၂၂) ကနေ (၂၀၂၃) ကို အကူးမှာ စားသောက်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းတွေနဲ့ စားသုံးသူတွေကို အသိပညာတွေ အခမဲ့ထပ်ပြီးဖြန့်ဝေဖို့ အတွက် အခြေခံအကျဆုံး Food Safety အသိပညာတွေကို သင်ကြားပေးထားတဲ့ Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Course ကို အခမဲ့သင်ယူဖို့ ယနေ့ (၂၇-၁၂-၂၀၂၂) ကနေ (၇-၁-၂၀၂၃) အထိ ဆယ်ရက်ကြာ ဖွင့်ပေးထားပါတယ်။

Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Course ကို အခမဲ့လေ့လာနိုင်အောင် အောက်ပါအဆင့်များအတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်ပါ။
