**ကလေးများ ဖုန်းကြည့်ခြင်း၏ ဆိုးကျိုးများ**

ကလေးတွေဟာ ဖုန်း၊ တက်ဘလက်နဲ့ အခြားစခရင် (Screen) ပစ္စည်းတွေကို အလွန်အကျွံသုံးစွဲမိရင် ကျန်းမာရေး၊ စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနဲ့ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုအပေါ် ဆိုးကျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။

၁။ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုနှေးခြင်း
- ဘာသာစကားနှောင့်နှေးခြင်း (ဖုန်းကြည့်ချိန်များတဲ့ကလေးတွေမှာ စကားပြောနှောင့်နှေးတတ်ပါတယ်။ )
- အာရုံစူးစိုက်မှုနည်းခြင်း (ADHD ဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေ)
အချိန်ကြာ Screen Time များတဲ့ကလေးတွေမှာ အာရုံစိုက်ရခက်ခဲတတ်ပါတယ်။

၂။မျက်စိအားနည်းခြင်း (ဖုန်းကို အနီးကပ်ကြည့်တာကြောင့် မျက်စိညောင်းညာပြီး မျက်မှန်တက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။)
- မျက်ရည်ခြောက်ခြင်း ( Screen ကိုကြည့်ရင်း မျက်တောင်ခတ်နည်းသွားတာကြောင့် မျက်လုံးခြောက်သွေ့တတ်ပါတယ်။)

၃။ ကိုယ်လက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုနည်းခြင်း
- အဝလွန်ခြင်း ( ဖုန်းကြည့်ရင်း ထိုင်နေတာများတဲ့ကလေးတွေမှာ ကိုယ်လက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုနည်းပြီး အဝလွန်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ )
- ကြွက်သားအားနည်းခြင်း (အပြင်မှာ ဆော့ကစားခြင်းနည်းပြီး ဖုန်းသုံးတာများရင် ကြွက်သားဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုနှေးတတ်ပါတယ်။)

၄။ စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာထိခိုက်မှုများ
- စိတ်တိုလွယ်ခြင်း (ဖုန်းကနေ ဝင်လာတဲ့ အလင်းနဲ့ အသံတွေက ကလေးရဲ့စိတ်ကို မငြိမ်မသက်ဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ )
- အိပ်ရေးပျက်ခြင်း ( ညဘက်ဖုန်းသုံးတဲ့ကလေးတွေမှာ အိပ်စက်ချိန်နည်းပြီး စိတ်မတည်ငြိမ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ )

၅။ လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးပျက်စီးခြင်း
- မိသားစုနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးအားနည်းခြင်း (ဖုန်းအကြည့်များတဲ့ကလေးတွေဟာ မိဘ၊ မောင်နှမတွေနဲ့ စကားပြောနည်းလာတတ်ပါတယ်။)
- အထီးကျန်စိတ်ဖြစ်ခြင်း(Social Media ပေါ်မှာ အချိန်ကုန်လွန်းရင် တကယ့်ဘဝမှာ သူငယ်ချင်းနည်းပြီး အထီးကျန်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ )

‼️ဒါကြောင့် မိဘတွေအနေနဲ့ ကလေးတွေရဲ့ **Screen Time** ကို ထိန်းညှိပေးဖို့ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ 📵👶
