“Elpis International School”

Dear Parents,

As we approach the month of May, we are pleased to inform you that enrollment is now open.

Please be informed that seats are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly encourage all parents to complete the enrollment process as early as possible.

Once all seats are filled, we will no longer be able to accept additional students.

We also warmly encourage our returning students to secure their places early.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to welcoming your children to our school family.

မေလအနီးကပ်လာသဖြင့် ကျောင်းအပ်ခြင်းလည်း အလျင်လိုလာပါပြီ။

ကျောင်းနေရာများမှာ အကန့်အသတ်ရှိသောကြောင့် “အရင်လာသူကို အရင်လက်ခံ” စနစ်ဖြင့်သာ လက်ခံမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် မိဘများအားလုံးကို ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ အမြန်ဆုံး ကျောင်းအပ်ပေးရန် တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။

✍️Placement Test နဲ့ ပက်သက်ပြီးသိရမည့်အကြောင်းအရာများ

Placement Test Policy

At our school, we are committed to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring that every student is placed at the appropriate grade level for their success. The following policies guide our placement process:

1. Grade Placement Integrity 🤵🏻‍♂️

Students and parents are not permitted to choose grade levels independently. All placements are determined based on the school’s academic criteria and evaluation process.

2. Verification of Previous Academic Completion

Students must demonstrate successful completion of their previous grade before being considered for the next level. For example, a student who has completed Grade 5 will be eligible to take the Grade 6 placement test. Skipping grades (e.g., directly entering Grade 7) is not permitted.

3. Required Documentation

All students are required to submit official academic records or documentation as proof of grade completion prior to taking the placement test.

4. Faculty Board Review

Placement decisions are made with careful consideration. Individual teachers are not authorized to independently decide grade adjustments. Any recommendation, including leveling down, must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Faculty to ensure fairness, consistency, and academic integrity.

(Placement Test Policy)

ELPIS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL ၏ အရည်အသွေးမြင့် ပညာရေးစံနှုန်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်နှင့် ကျောင်းသားတိုင်းကို သင့်လျော်သော အတန်းအဆင့်တွင် ထည့်သွင်းနိုင်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းလျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် အောက်ပါ မူဝါဒများကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးဖို့ရန်အကြောင်းကြားအပ်ပါသည်။

၁။ အတန်းတက်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း (Placement test )

ကျောင်းသားများနှင့် မိဘများသည် မိမိတို့လိုချင်သလို အတန်းရွေးချယ်ခွင့် မရှိပါ။ အတန်းသတ်မှတ်ခြင်းအားလုံးကို ကျောင်း၏ ပညာရေးစံနှုန်းများနှင့် စစ်ဆေးမှုအပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ ဆုံးဖြတ်ပါသည်။

၂။ ယခင်အတန်း ပြီးဆုံးမှု စစ်ဆေးခြင်း

ကျောင်းသားသည် ယခင်တက်ခဲ့သော အတန်းကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးဆုံးထားကြောင်းပြသနိုင်ရပါမည်။ ဥပမာအားဖြင့် Grade 5 ပြီးဆုံးသူသည်သာ Grade 6 အတွက် Placement Test ဖြေဆိုခွင့် ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ အတန်းကျော်တက်ခြင်း (ဥပမာ Grade 7 ကို တိုက်ရိုက် ဝင်ခြင်း) မပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါ။

၃။ လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ
ကျောင်းသားအားလုံးသည် Placement Test မဖြေမီ ယခင်အတန်း ပြီးဆုံးထားကြောင်း အတည်ပြုနိုင်သည့် တရားဝင် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို တင်ပြရပါမည်။

၄။ ဆရာအဖွဲ့ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်

အတန်းသတ်မှတ်ခြင်းကို သေချာစွာ စဉ်းစား၍ ဆုံးဖြတ်ပါသည်။ ဆရာတစ်ဦးချင်းစီအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့သဘောနဲ့အတန်းပြောင်းလဲ ဆုံးဖြတ်ခွင့် မရှိပါ။ မည်သည့် အကြံပြုချက်မဆို (အတန်းလျော့ချခြင်း အပါအဝင်) ဆရာအဖွဲ့၏ စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုမှု လိုအပ်ပြီး တရားမျှတမှု၊ တည်ငြိမ်မှုနှင့် ပညာရေးစံနှုန်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် ဖြစ်သည်။
