Freelancer ဖြစ်ပြီးနောက်… အချိန်ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ဖို့က အလုပ်ထက်ပိုခက်လာတာ ခံစားဖူးလား? 😅

1️⃣ Time Blocking (အချိန်ကို Block ခွဲခြားခြင်း)
အလုပ်အမျိုးအစားတိုင်းကို မတူတဲ့ time block ထားတယ်
* Morning → Deep work (freelance project)
* Afternoon → Business, Meetings, Communication
* Evening → Content, Rest
👉 Multitasking မလုပ်တော့ဘူး
👉 တစ်ခုပြီးမှ တစ်ခုလုပ်တယ်
2️⃣ Priority Rule
နေ့တိုင်း မေးတယ် —
👉 “ဒီနေ့ မလုပ်ရင် ပြဿနာဖြစ်မယ့်အလုပ် ဘာလဲ?”
အဲ့ဒါကို အရင်လုပ်တယ်။
3️⃣ System > Motivation
Motivation ကို မစောင့်တော့ဘူး
Systemတည်ဆောက်တယ်
ဥပမာ —
📌 Content creation → Weekends only
📌 Client work → Fixed hours
📌 Business → Specific days
👉 Routine ဖြစ်လာတဲ့အခါ decision fatigue လျော့တယ်
4️⃣ Task Batching
တူတဲ့အလုပ်တွေကို တစ်ခါတည်းစုလုပ်တယ်
* Video editing, design → တစ်နေ့လုံး
* Content writing → တစ်ခါတည်း ၃–၅ posts
👉 Switching cost လျော့ → Productivity တက်
5️⃣ “Free Time” ကို Schedule ထားတယ်
Freelancer တွေအများစုလုပ်မိတဲ့အမှား — Free time ကို random ထားတာ
