Job description
- To oversee the daily operation of the school and supervise the staff
- Management of the academy , especially for student's progress and teaching quality
- To in charge of admin & account matters with daily & weekly report according to HQ sop system
- To lead teaching staffs maintaining every on - going class renewal rate to meet HQ target
- Manage the budget, resources and facilities of the school
- Councelling and advisory for students and parents when necessary
- Ensure and maintain the security & Hygiene standard of the school
- Involved in business development & report to the director board directly

Position: Full time teacher Internship

Requirements
• Any Graduate/Final year(distance)/Pre- graduated, prefer majoring in English or Early Childhood education
*Age between 21 years to 29 years
• Good in English 4 skills
• Able to work with 3- 6 months internship program
• Excellent communication & good attitude for learning
• Able to use computer ( Excel, word , power point etc)
* Able to do multi- tasking and agility

Job description
- Assisting the lead teacher with lesson preparation by getting material ready and classroom management
- Revising lesson material with students individual or in small groups
- overseeing students during non classroom time
- documenting student progress / class performance and communicating with parents to keep them informed
- Passionate about providing a high-quality for young children
