The children take exam in the school tomorrow but, 10 members joined the lesson on that day.
Our coaches, Lone Hay & Ko Ko, got together and instruct the lesson through internet.
By 2 coaches, the explanation was easy to understand.
In the lesson, there was a practice which handle 4 ball at the same time.
San Lone suggested that the number of balls should be decreased by 2 balls.
With this suggestion, the practice had more effective.
Through this suggestion, I felt that his coaching skill is progressing.

ကလေးတွေ မနက်ဖြန်စာမေးပွဲရှိကြမည်ဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ ၁၀ ယောက်က လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာပါဝင်ဖြစ်တယ်။
ကျွန်တော်တို့၏နည်းပြများဖြစ်တဲ့ Lone Hay & Ko Ko အတူတကွ ကလေးတွေကို အင်တာနက်မှတဆင့် သင်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ နည်းပြနှစ်ယောက်ကရှင်းပြတော့ သင်ခန်းစာက နားလည်ဖို့လွယ်တယ်။
လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာ တစ်ချိန်တည်းမှာ ဘောလုံး ၄ လုံးကိုင်တွယ်နည်းလေ့ကျင့်ကြတယ်။ San Lone က ဘောလုံး ၂ လုံးပဲထည့်သင့်တယ်လို့ အကြုံပြုခဲ့တယ်။ သူအကြံပြုတဲ့အတိုင်း လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းက ပိုပြီးထိရောက်တယ်။ သူအခုလိုအကြံမျိုးပေးနိုင်တယ်ဆိုတာက သူ့ရဲ့နည်းပြအစွမ်းဟာ တိုးတက်နေတယ်လို့ ကျွန်တော်ခံစားမိတယ်။

Internet in my house was not good on that day.
Both our coaches and San Lone did not care for it and continued the lesson instruction.

By the way, the children practiced how to control the ball passed by others.
At the end of the lesson, San Lone told us that the last practice was so good. I and the children will practice it again.
Such a ward makes us so happy.

မေလ ၂၉၊ ၂၀၂၃ အဲဒီနေ့ ကျွန်တော့်အိမ် ‌အင်တာနက်လိုင်းမကောင်းဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ နည်းပြများနှင့် San Lone က လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းကို ဆက်ပြီးလေ့ကျင့်ပေးတယ်။ စကားမစပ် ကလေးတွေက သူများပေးပို့တဲ့ ဘောလုံးထိန်းချုပ်နည်းလေ့ကျင့်ကြတယ်။ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်း၏ အဆုံးမှာ San Lone က ‌နောက်ဆုံး‌ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းက အရမ်းကောင်းတယ်၊ ကျွန်တော်နှင့်ကလေးတွေက ဆက်လေ့ကျင့်အုံးမယ်လို့ပြောတယ်။ ဒီလိုစကားမျိုးက ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ပျော်ရွှင်စေတယ်။

A new member joined our lesson on that day.
The boy came from Ayeyardy region.
It is same as our coach Ko Ko.
The both town are very far from each other but they are in the same region and, the boy and the coach seemed to be glad.

By the way, many boys, 19 boys, participated in the lesson.
It caused to be difficult for the coach to manage the group.
The waiting time in the lesson was somewhat long.
Therefore, we, me 2 our coaches and San Lone, had discussion after the lesson.
How can we manage the group under the many participants.
To increase the number of the balls, to change the running course, and so on.
With these ideas we must instruct the lesson better.
I think the discussion was effective because it was done soon after the lesson.

လူအသစ်တစ်ယောက်က ဒီနေ့လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာပါ၀င်တယ်။ သူက ဧရာ၀တီတိုင်းကပါ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့နည်းပြ Ko Ko Ko နှင့်အတူတူပဲ။ သူတို့မြို့က ဝေးပေမယ့် တိုင်းဒေသအတူတူဖြစ်ပြီး ကလေးနှင့်နည်းပြက ပျော်မည့်ပုံပေါ်တယ်။

လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာ ကလေး ၁၉ ယောက်ပါ၀င်တယ်။ နည်းပြအတွက်စီမံရတာခက်တယ်။
လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာ စောင့်ရတဲ့အချိန်က တော်တော်ကြာတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်နှင့်နည်းပြ ၂ ယောက်၊ San Lone အပါအဝင် လေ့ကျင့်ခန်း အပြီးမှာဆွေးနွေးပွဲရှိတယ်။
လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာ လူအများဘယ်လိုကိုင်တွယ်ရမလဲ၊ ဘောလုံးများများလိုအပ်ကြောင်း၊ ပြေးတဲ့ပုံစံ ပြောင်းဖို့လိုတဲ့အကြောင်းစသည်ဖြင့်ဆွေးနွေးတယ်။
ဒီအတွေးတွေနဲ့ သင်ခန်းစာပိုပြီးထိရောက်အောင်ပို့ချရမယ်။
လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းပြီးပြီးချင်း ဆွေးနွေးတာ ပိုပြီးထိရောက်မယ်လို့တွေးမိတယ်။

Actually, Sam Lone requested us that they want to practice not only dribbling but also passing or shooting.
Most of our lesson was dribbling because preventing from destroying equipments in the room.

If directly kick the ball passed by the friends, the risk going to fragile things.
With some ideas, they practiced kicking and controlling the ball.
They were seemed to enjoy the practice.

အမှန်မှာတော့ San Lone တောင်းဆိုတာက ဘောလုံဆွဲနည်းလေ့ကျင့်တာဘဲမဟုတ်ဘဲ ဘောလုံးပေးပို့နည်း၊ ဘောလုံးကန်သွင်းနည်းလည်းသူတို့လေ့ကျင့်ချင်တယ်လို့ပြောတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်တို့ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းအများစုက ဘောလုံဆွဲနည်းလေ့ကျင့်ပါတယ်။ အကြောင်းကတော့ အိမ်တွင်းပစ္စည်းကွဲမှာစိုးလို့ပါ။ သူငယ်ချင်းပေးပို့တဲ့ဘောလုံးကန်သွားရင် စ္စည်းကွဲမှာသေချာတယ်။

သူတို့၏အတွေးနဲ့ ဘောလုံးကန်နည်း၊ ဘောလုံးထိန်းနည်းလေ့ကျင့်ကြတယ်။ လေ့ကျင့်တာ သူတို့တွေပျော်ကြတဲ့ပုံပေါ်တယ်။

I rethink about the advice from the coach to children in the lesson.
Our coaches always use "Do slowly".
With this advice many problem are possible to be solved but,
there are the scene need more concrete advice.
I would like our coaches to be level up and make opportunity to enhance their skill.

ကလေးတွေ၏ သင်ခန်းစာမှာ နည်းပြ၏အကြံပေးချက်ကို ကျွန်တော်ပြန်လည်စဥ်းစားတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့၏နည်းပြတွေက "ဖြည်းဖြည်းလုပ်ပါ" လို့အမြဲသုံးတယ်။

ဒီအကြံပေးချက်က ပြသနာများဖြေရှင်းနိုင်တယ်၊ ဒါပေမဲ့ အဲဒါထက်ပိုမိုခိုင်မာတဲ့ အကြံပေးနိုင်ဖို့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ အခန်းတွေရှိတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်တို့၏နည်းပြများကို အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ဖို့နှင့် သူတို့၏အစွမ်းတိုးတက်စေချင်တယ်။

19 children participated in the lesson.
They practiced dribbling by inside and outside of foot and sole.
body direction was also changed front or sideways to enhance their technique.

New member joined in the last week.
Each time, I can confirm the progress of original members.

The lesson schedule was changed from every Thursday to Monday.
All children were going to take exam in their school the next day but, 9 children joined our lesson on that day.

Coaches could not manage the children well and then they practiced without high concentration.
Everything is not always going well.
It is important to learn from them.

ကြာသပတေးနေ့တိုင်းလေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှ တနဂ်လာနေ့သို့ ရွှေ့လိုက်တယ်။
ကလေးအားလုံး အဲဒီနေ့ရဲ့ မနက်ဖြန် စာမေးပွဲရှိပေမယ့် ကလေး ၉ ယောက်က လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာ ပါ၀င်နိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။

နည်းပြတွေက ကေလးတွေကို ကောင်းကောင်းမထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ခဲ့လို့ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်း အာရုဏ်စိုက်မူနည်းစေခဲ့တယ်။ အရာအားလုံးက အချိန်တိုင်းအဆင်မပြေနိုင်ခဲ့ဘူး။ သူတို့ထံမှ သင်ခန်းစာယူဖို့ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

We struggled to access to internet on that day.
The time for warming up did not remain when we connect to internet after reboot several times.
Step works for defence was introduced. Most children prefer offence practice to defence practice although the defence practice is so important.
The children actively tried the practice.

အဲဒီနေ့မှာ အင်တာနက်လိုင်းရဖို့ အခက်အခဲကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့တယ်။ အကြိမ်များစွာ ကြိုးစားပြီး အင်တာနက်လိုင်း​ ပြန်ချိတ်နိုင်တဲ့အခါမှာ သွေးပူလေ့ကျင့်ခန်း အတွက်အချိန်မရှိတော့ဘူး။ ခံစစ်နှင့်ပတ်သက်တဲ့အလုပ် မိတ်ဆက်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ခံစစ်ကအရမ်းအရေးကြီးပေမယ့် ကလေးတွေကတော့ ခံစစ်ထက် တိုက်စစ်ကို လေ့ကျင့်ချင်ကြတယ်။

The children practiced dribbling by group competition.
Most children like to compete with others.
They enjoyed it.

They counted numbers in language on ethnic groups in Myanmar like Kachin or Aka on stretching.
It is truly rare for Japanese to see to be spoken several language in a country.
By the way, several sign languages are also used in Myanmar.

ဇနဝါရီလ ၁၂၊ ၂၀၂၃

ကလေးတွေက ဘောလုံးဆွဲနည်းကို အဖွဲ့လိုက်ပြိုင်လေ့ကျင့်ကြတယ်။
ကလေးအများစုက အခြားလူနှင့်ပြိုင်တာ ကြိုက်ကြတယ်။ သူတို့ပျော်ကြတယ်။

သွေးပူလေ့ကျင့်ခန်းမှာ မြန်မာတိုင်းရင်းသား နာမည်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ကချင်၊ ရခိုင် စသည်ဖြင့် နံပါတ်ရေကြတယ်။

This lesson was the 1st lesson in 2023.
The lesson started soon after new-year greeting.

A little bit difficult drill like back way dribbling was introduced in the lesson.
Younger boys also tried hard.

We would like to improve with the children in 2023 too.

ဒီသင်ခန်းစာ က ၂၀၂၃ ၏ပထမဆုံး သင်ခန်းစာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
နှစ်သစ် နုတ်ဆက်ပြီးတာနဲ့ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်း အစပြုခဲ့ကြသည်။

သင်ခန်းစာထဲမှာ ပိုခက်ခဲတဲ့ နောက်ဆုတ်ဘောလုံးဆွဲနည်းကို မိတ်ဆက်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။
သက်ပိုငယ်တဲ့ ယောက်ျားလေးတွေကလည်း ကြိုးစားကြတယ်။

၂၀၂၃ မှာလည်း ကလေးတွေနှင့် တိုးတက်ချင်တယ်။

The lesson was the last in 2022 but, all coaches struggled to connect to internet on that day.
In addition, the coach was no preparation to describe about the lesson contents.
If the coach showed some visual aide to explain, the children would understand easily in the situation.
We reconfirmed that taking all possible measures in advance is important.

Time flied in even 2022.
With the lesson once in week, the children could improve their skill well.

At the end of the lesson, I received year-end greeting in Japanese from them.
I pray that their peace and safe life would return soon in 2023.

သင်ခန်းစာက ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၏ နောက်ဆုံးသင်ခန်းစာ ဖြစ်ပေမည့် အဲဒီနေ့မှာ နည်းပြ အားလုံးမှာ အင်တာနက်လိုင်းမကောင်းခဲ့ဘူး။ ထပ်ပြီးတော့ နည်းပြကလည်း ဘာလုပ်ရမလဲဆိုတာ ပြင်ဆင်ထားခြင်းမရှိခဲ့ဘူး။ တကယ်လို့နည်းပြက ပုံနှင့်ပြနိုင်တယ်ဆိုရင် ကလေးတွေက လွယ်လွယ်လေးနဲ့ နားလည်နိုင်မည့် အခြေအနေ မှာရှိနေတယ်။

တသ်ပတ်တစ်ကြိမ် လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းက ကလေးတွေရဲ့အစွမ်းကို တိုးတက်စေနိုင်တယ်။
လေ့ကျင့်ခန်း၏အဆုံးမှာ သူတို့ထံမှ နှစ်ဆုံးနုတ်ဆက်ခြင်းကို ဂျပန်ဘာသာစကားဖြင့်ကြားရပါတယ်။
၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်မှာ လုံခြုံခြင်းနှင့်ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်း သူတို့ထံပြန်လာပါစေလို့ ဆုတောင်းပေးပါတယ်။
