ကျွန်တော်တို့ Burma Institute for Rural Development (BIRD) အနေနဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျေးလက်ဒေသပိုင်းရှိ လူငယ်များအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ထားတဲ့ Rural Youth Pathways Bridge Program (RYPB) ကို စတင်မိတ်ဆက်လိုက်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။ ဒီ Programကတော့ လူငယ်များအနေနဲ့ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးဆီ ဆက်လက်လျှောက်လှမ်းနိုင်ရန်နှင့် လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းအတွင်း ဦးဆောင်မှုအခန်းကဏ္ဍများကို ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရန် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီပေးနိုင်တဲ့ အရေးကြီးသော bridge program တစ်ခုဖြစ်လာဖို့ရန်အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ထားတာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

ကျေးလက်ဒေသမှ လူငယ်များအား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ အသိအမှတ်ပြု Diploma နှင့် Pre-College Programs များသို့ ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်ရန် လမ်းကြောင်းဖန်တီးပေးခြင်း။

အပတ်စဉ် Ethnic Youth Talks များကို စီစဉ်ပေးကာ မတူညီသော လူမျိုးစုနောက်ခံများမှ လူငယ်များအကြား ယဉ်ကျေးမှုဖလှယ်ခြင်းနှင့် နားလည်မှုတိုးတက်စေရန် ဆွေးနွေးဖလှယ်နိုင်မည့် အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်း။

သင်တန်းသားများသည် မိမိတို့၏ မူလဒေသများတွင် လူတစ်ဦးချင်းသို့မဟုတ် အဖွဲ့လိုက် Community Projects များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် အနည်းငယ်သော project funding များကို ထောက်ပံ့ပေးသွားမှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

🔸မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ Pre-College Program တစ်ခုတွင် တက်ရောက်ပညာသင်ကြားချင်သော်လည်း တက်ရောက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် လမ်းကြောင်းလိုအပ်နေသူများ

🔸မိမိရပ်ရွာ‌ဒေသအတွက် အကျိုးပြုဆောင်ရွက်လိုပြီး ဒေသဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးတွင် ပါဝင်ဦးဆောင်လိုသူများ

🔸Elementary level English (မဖြစ်မနေမဟုတ်သော်လည်း ပိုမိုအဆင်ပြေစေရန်ဖြစ်သည်)

🔸လေးလတာ အစီအစဉ်တစ်လျှောက်လုံး အပြည့်အဝပါဝင်နိုင်ပြီး တက်ကြွစွာ ကြိုးစားလေ့လာသင်ယူနိုင်သူများ

🟤How to Apply (လျှောက်ထားနည်း)

လျှောက်ထားမှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို referral system ဖြင့် အဆင့်လိုက် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🟫Stage 1 – Referral
တက်ရောက်ရန်စိတ်ဝင်စားသူများအနေဖြင့် မိမိကိုအာမခံပေးနိုင်မည့် ဆရာ/ဆရာမ၊ mentor သို့မဟုတ် အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးထံ ဆက်သွယ်၍ ထို recommender ကပင် လျှောက်ထားသူအတွက် Referral Form ကို ပထမအဆင့်အဖြစ် ဖြည့်သွင်းပေးရမာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။
❗️အရေးကြီးမှတ်ချက်
ရွေးချယ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်၏ တိကျမှန်ကန်မှုနှင့် ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာမှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်အတွက် သွေးသားဆက်နွယ်မှုရှိသော မိသားစုဝင်များသည် referee သို့မဟုတ် recommender အဖြစ် ပါဝင်ခွင့်မရှိပါ။

🟫Stage 2 – Application
Referral မှတဆင့် ရွေးချယ်ခံရသူများကို Personal Application Form ဖြည့်ရန် ဖိတ်ကြားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး မိမိ၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များနှင့် စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှုများကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေရမာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🟫Stage 3 – Interview
Shortlisted applicants များသည် BIRD Team နှင့် နောက်ဆုံး Interview Session ပြုလုပ်ရတာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်ခင်ဗျာ။

Introducing the Rural Youth Pathways Bridge Program (RYPB)

The Burma Institute for Rural Development (BIRD) is proud to announce our newest initiative: the Rural Youth Pathways Bridge Program (RYPB). Designed specifically for motivated youth in Central Myanmar, this program serves as a vital bridge to pursue further higher education and community leadership.

🟤Program Overview

The RYPB is a comprehensive four-month learning cycle that balances academic preparation with hands-on community service.

🟫3 Months of Intensive Training:

Focuses on Academic English (all four skills), foundational social science, research and developmental studies, and essential pre-college preparation—including google workspace usage, professional career development building (CV, Resume, Portfolio), and digital tool proficiency.

🟫1 Month of Service-Learning:

Participants apply their classroom knowledge by designing and implementing community-based projects, fostering a culture of volunteerism, social responsibility, and civic-driven youths.

🟤 Why This Matters

Youth in rural areas of the Central Burma often face significant barriers to access formal education due to political instability, internet challenges, and a lack of informal learning spaces.
BIRD’s RYPB aims to change that by providing:

🟫Equitable Higher Education Access:

Bridging the gap for rural youths seeking admission into recognized diploma and pre-college programs in Myanmar.

🟫Social Cohesion:

Weekly Ethnic Youth Talks featuring ethnic emerging youths from diverse backgrounds to promote cross-cultural dialogue and solidarity.

🟫Civic engagement:

individuals or group community projects across their original regions providing a small amount of funding will be distributed.

🟤Who Can Apply?

🔸Individuals who are passionate about attending a Pre-College Program in Myanmar but need a clear roadmap to get there.
🔸Individuals who are eager to become an active contributor to your community and lead local development.
🔸Individuals with at least an elementary level of English (preferred, but not mandatory).
🔸Individuals who are able to fully participate and stay dedicated until the end of the four-month program.

🟤How to Apply

The selection process follows a structured referral basis to identify motivated candidates.

🟫Stage 1 (Referral): Interested applicants should contact a mentor, teacher, or community leader to act as their recommender. The recommender will submit an initial form on the applicant’s behalf.
Important Note: To maintain the integrity and transparency of the selection process, individuals with blood relations to the applicant are strictly prohibited from serving as referees or recommenders.

🟫Stage 2 (Application): Candidates selected from the referral pool will be invited to complete a personal application form to share more about their goals.

🟫Stage 3 (Interview): Shortlisted applicants will participate in a final interview session with the BIRD team.

🟤Program Timeline

🟫March – April: Stakeholder intro, application release, and student selection.
🟫May – October: Program orientation, training, weekly ethnic youth talks, and service-learning projects.
🟫November: Certification and final project reporting.

ဒီ Program က Sustainability Management ပိုင်းကို စိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့ လူငယ်တွေအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်တာဖြစ်ပြီး Full Scholarship ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်အားလုံးကို 100% Cover ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

✨ ဘာကြောင့် လျှောက်သင့်တာလဲ?

Dual Master Degree: Indonesia မှာ တက်ရောက်နေစဉ်အတွင်း Norway မှာ ၆ ပတ်ကြာ သွားရောက်သင်ကြားရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး Norway University ကပါ ပေးအပ်တဲ့ Master ဘွဲ့ကို တစ်ပါတည်း ရရှိမှာပါ။

ဦးစားပေးနိုင်ငံများ: Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia နဲ့ Timor Leste က လူငယ်တွေကို အဓိက ဦးစားပေး ရွေးချယ်မှာဖြစ်လို့ တို့မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက Timers လေးတွေအတွက် အခွင့်အရေး ပိုများပါတယ်။

ကာလအပိုင်းအခြား: စုစုပေါင်း (၁၈) လ ကြာမြင့်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး August 2026 မှာ စတင်တက်ရောက်ရမှာပါ။

အသက်ကန့်သတ်ချက်: အသက် (၃၀) နှစ် မကျော်ရပါ။

ပညာအရည်အချင်း: သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်နယ်ပယ်မှာ Bachelor ဘွဲ့ ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။

စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှု: Sustainability နယ်ပယ်မှာ ထူးချွန်ထက်မြက်တဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ယောက် ဖြစ်လာဖို့ ဆန္ဒရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
