Detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Complex in Sputum Samples Using Droplet Digital PCR Targeting mpt64
Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the top 10 causes of death worldwide. It is challenging to find methods of diagnosis of active pulmonary TB that are sensitive enough to detect cases for proper treatment before unintentional transmission. Droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) is a highly sensitive method to detect...

Heteroresistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the Sputum Detected by Droplet Digital PCR
Heteroresistance in MTB refers to the presence of distinct subpopulations of bacteria with varying levels of antibiotic susceptibility within a population. Multidrug-resistant and rifampicin-resistant TB are serious global health concerns. In this study, we aimed to determine the prevalence of heter...

The first Myanmar Kingdom, Pyu city (Sri Ksetra)
================================
Introduction
++++++++++
Among the cities built by the Pyu in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the capital of Sri Ksetra is the largest, and it is also the first city where Myanmar's sovereignty emerged. The ancient Burmese & Mon stone inscriptions, the Contemporary Rakhine, Chinese, Indian, Persian and Cambodian records showed that Sri Ksetra was mentioned and flourished.
It can be seen that Dr. Than Tun clearly defined the Kingdom of Sri Ksetra, founded by the Pyu people, as the first Myanmar Kingdom. Historian Dr. Toe Hla also said that the kingdom was the earliest in the history of Burma. It was mentioned that it can be called the first Myanmar state. It was found that the Pyu people established and ruled almost the entire territory of Myanmar today. According to the evidence found, the city of Sri Ksetra existed until the 11th century AD, and the Pyu people from this city moved to Bagan, the capital of the Second Myanmar. It is also found in the great Myanmar chronicles that it was mentioned that the city was moved to Bagan capital from Sri Ksetra.
The Pyu city of Sri Ksetra is one of the most significant archaeological sites in Myanmar. It is located in the central dry zone of the country and was one of the largest and most important cities of the Pyu Kingdom, which existed between the 2nd century BCE and the 11th century CE. Sri Ksetra was an urban center with well-planned streets, water management systems, and religious structures.
