🔗 linking Verbs :
افعال الربط

👈🏻تربط الفاعل بكلمه او جمله بعدها.
👈🏻هو نوع من الأفعال لا تنتهي به الجملة ويجب ان يكون بعده كلمه او جمله.

🔹Ahmad( is) nice.👉🏻فعل ربط
🔹Ahmad slept.👉🏻 فعل عادي

E.g.

🔻 Sarah (was) at the cinema.
🔻Salem (seems) unhappy.
🔻Maha (feels) sick.

📌 Linking Verbs are verbs that express a state of being. They are called "linking"verbs because they link the subject of the sentence to a word or phrase that describes the subject (tells us more about the subject's "state of being").

📌Linking verbs do not express action. Instead, they connect the subject of the verb to additional information about the subject.
