So apart from road construction, what did Team ScrubUp! do to engage the community?

The programme team of ScrubUp! 5.0 planned lessons for two groups of local children, who were in primary and secondary schools.

In order to make the lessons more interactive, our members taught them songs such as Baby Shark and Old MacDonald Had a Farm. To our surprise, some of the children knew how to sing Baby Shark!

At the same time, our members gained more confidence in communicating with children as well as enjoyed the fun interactions with the amicable local children!

We would be working on improving the infrastructures for our beneficiaries, and we would be imparting our knowledges to the youths there, while at the same time immersing in the Myanmar culture and learning about their way of life.
