🌿☘️ 後輩の提案 ☘️🌿
ある日、Sさんが数人の後輩を集めて業務の手法を説明していたところ、新入社員のOさんが「このようなやり方もあるのではないでしょうか」と別の方法を提案してきました。
Sさんはくせっかく丁寧に説明しているのに反発するとは何事だ〉と頭に血が上り、「今までのやり方があるのだから、言われた通りにやってください」 とOさんの提案を却下しました。
しかし後日、その提案は荒削りではあるものの、Sさんが今まで考えたこともなかった斬新なもので、業務改善につながりそうだと気がつきました。
誰しも慣れ親しんだ方法がやりやすいものですが、後輩の提案によって硬直化した職場やマンネリ化した業務を打破できることもあるでしょう。
また、後輩の意見に耳を傾けることは、本人の成長や職場内のコミュニケーションの促進にもつながります。
経験不足のため採用に至らない提案も多々あるでしょうが、後輩が意見を言いやすい職場の雰囲気を作りたいものです。

🌿☘️Suggestion from a junior colleague☘️🌿
One day, when Mr. S gathered several junior colleagues together to explain work methods, a new employee, Mr. O, suggested a different method, saying, "Maybe we could do it like this."
Mr. S became furious and thought, "I've taken the time to explain things carefully, and why are they resisting?" and rejected Mr. O's proposal, saying, "We have the way of doing things up until now, so just do as you're told."
However, later he realized that although the proposal was rough, it was something innovative that Mr. S had never thought of before, and that it could lead to improvements in work operations.
Everyone finds it easiest to do things the way they are used to, but suggestions from junior colleagues can also help break down rigid workplaces and routines.
Listening to the opinions of junior colleagues can also help them grow and promote communication in the workplace.
There will be many proposals that will not be adopted due to lack of experience, but we want to create an atmosphere in the workplace where juniors feel comfortable expressing their opinions.
