The Lifelong Learning Center IBU

Learn and Travel is a hands-on Erasmus+ and international project development camp organized by the International Balkan University Project and Research Office and the IBU Lifelong Learning Center (LLC), designed for participants who want to be active in the field of civil society organizations and project development.

Within the program, participants receive intensive training on project writing, application procedures, budget preparation, finding international partners, and project management. With professional mentorship support, they also gain the opportunity to develop a project draft that is ready for submission.

The training process is supported by institutional visits and cultural trips to be held in North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania, offering participants opportunities for learning, sharing experiences, and building an international network.

The program will be organized throughout the summer, with weekly sessions available for participants.

Uluslararası Balkan Üniversitesi bünyesinde, Üsküp’te “Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretimi Sertifika Programı” hayata geçirildi.

The program began with an opening address by the Vice-Rector of International Balkan University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe. In his speech, Dr. Lökçe emphasized the significance of this long-term partnership, highlighting that the training series delivered by the International Balkan University Lifelong Learning Center will continue periodically throughout 2026, fostering sustainable institutional success.

Following the opening remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of Halkbank AD Skopje, Dr. Fatih Shahbaz, officially inaugurated the sessions with a distinguished lecture titled 'Institutional Culture and Values.' In his address, Dr. Shahbaz shared profound insights on corporate vision, emphasizing the pivotal role of shared values in driving organizational success and fostering a cohesive professional environment.

The day-long training continued with valuable academic contributions from the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Liza Alili Sulejmani, and Prof. Dr. Savica Dimitrieska.
This collaboration represents a shared commitment to excellence, uniting advanced academic expertise with practical banking dynamics to further enhance the high-quality services provided by Halkbank AD Skopje personnel across North Macedonia.
