jetën e qytetarëve të Maqedonisë si pasojë e tranzicionit, është themeluar që ta përmbushë, plotësojë dhe stimulojë këtë aspekt të jetës në vendin tonë dhe më gjerë. Themelues dhe bartës të saj janë intelektualët e rinj (studentë e profesorë) nga Shkupi e Tetova, qëllimi final i të cilëve është vetëdijesimi, përmirësimi, lehtësimi dhe avancimi i jetës së qytetarëve të këtij nënqielli. Ajo vite me radhë qëllimet e saj i realizon duke kontribuar në stimulimin e qytetarëve në ngritjen e vetëdijes qytetare, kulturore e shpirtërore dhe njëherit me angazhimin maksimal për dituri të mirëfilltë. Projektet e saj kryesisht kanë qenë projekte të lidhura me jetën e të rinjve, si shfaqje, kurse, manifestime, seminaree dhe takime me të rinj. Shoqata është themeluar në vitin 1998 me ermina "Vizioni Multikulturor" por për shkaqe administrative në vitin 2004 e mori emrin "Vizioni M". The Civil Cultural Association “Vizioni M” – a non-government and non-profitable cultural association of youngsters – realizing the great need to fill the great spiritual and cultural gap, as well realizing the horrible tarnishing of human values, all these caused in the life’s of Macedonia’s citizens as a consequence of transition, was found in order to fulfill, complement and stimulate this aspect of life in our country and wider. Having in mind the fact that the intellectuals are the driving force of a people, this association was founded precisely from young intellectuals (student and professors) from Skopje and Tetovo, whose final goal is to make aware, improve, facilitate and advance the life of citizens of this area. It realizes its goals by making the raising and empowering of the cultural, intellectual, religious and moral awareness of the citizens of Macedonia. Its projects were mainly projects connected with the cultural, educational and youth life, as performance, courses, seminars and meeting with youngsters. The association was formed in 1998 with the name “Multi-Cultural Vision” a name that had to be changed out of administrative reasons in 2004 into the Civil Cultural Association “Vizioni M”.
