This historic election took place today during the 19th Africa Scout Conference, currently being held at the CCI Ivato in Antananarivo, Madagascar 🇲🇬.

Former International Commissioner of the Malagasy Scout Federation, Teky now takes on a continental leadership role a great honour, but also a major challenge for Madagascar, as the country steps up to contribute to the future of Scouting across Africa.
