You are not a victim…
You simply let people stay in your life for too long…
People who shouldn’t have been there.
Not out of weakness.
Out of faith.
But boundless faith..
Always comes at a price.
And in the end, you pay the price.

Where to start with DI automation? First, take on repetitive tasks that take at least 15 minutes and are repeated several times a week.
For example: sorting customer leads, summarizing meetings, or generating ideas for social media.
If you start with this, you will quickly see the effect and won't be stuck in a never-ending testing phase. It's not about 20 tools, but about one working system.
Which of your tasks is most in need of automation? Share your thoughts in the comments.

BOUNDARIES are not about others. They are about you...
By not setting boundaries, you often choose convenience over honesty with yourself.
As a result, relationships remain "comfortable" but not real.
When you stop adapting, relationships either become more real or end. Both options are okay.
Boundaries are not walls, they are respect for yourself.

Most people "use AI" They just throw questions into the chat and that's it.
But if you want AI to actually work for you, give it a clear role: for example, take over repetitive tasks such as email qualification or content drafts.
The difference is simple: if you're still editing responses every day, it's not hiring. Start with a system where AI works independently, without your constant intervention.
How many repetitive tasks has AI already taken over in your daily routine? Write in the comments.

During the training, we did an interesting exercise – mapping our country's "digital landscape." Where are our fortresses (what works well) and where are the danger zones?
In Lithuania, we have great specialists, but there are still plenty of "wild areas." For example, influencers have huge impact, but no one checks their content. Or kids playing games for hours without any supervision.

The internet sometimes feels like the Wild West – it’s full of everything from amazing content to scams and bullying.
The EU introduced the DSA (Digital Services Act) not to limit us, but to make big platforms take responsibility for what they show us.
We have a right to a safe environment. If you see hate speech or obvious lies – don’t stay silent. Platforms are now required to react.
Online safety starts with our own critical thinking and knowing that we have the tools to defend ourselves.

The storm is not the enemy. It tests whether you are ready. Hold the wheel, because only you decide where to sail. The light is already on its way.

Have you ever wondered how much your phone actually knows about you? Your location, photos, messages, even how fast you scroll.
During the Erasmus+ project, we talked a lot about GDPR.
It’s not just a boring document at the bottom of a website. It’s a set of rules stating that your data belongs to YOU, not corporations.
My advice is simple: before clicking "Accept all," think about whether you really want to hand over your digital life to strangers.
Today, data is more valuable than oil. Protect it.

Why AI today ≠ productivity
You open ChatGPT. You type a question. You get an answer. You read it. You correct it. You ask again. You read it again. After 20 minutes, you realize you could have done the same thing in 10.
This is not productivity. It is the illusion that you are working smarter.
True productivity begins not when you use a tool, but when you have a system: a clear process for when and how to use that tool.
When you know which tasks to delegate and which to do yourself. When technology becomes YOUR assistant, not just another "thing to learn."
Most people today use AI as a toy. They ask questions, experiment, but don't change the structure of their work. That's why there are no results.
If you want AI to actually save you time, don't start with the tool. Start with the question: "What do I do during the day that I could stop doing?
Call now to connect with business.

AI remembers everything. Responsibility starts with you.
I have just returned from the Erasmus+ project “AI AND CYBERSECURITY IN YOUTH WORK”, where together with youth workers, trainers and project managers from different countries we explored how artificial intelligence and cybersecurity are changing youth work.
This was not just about new tools.
We focused mainly on values, responsibility, safety, ethics and mental wellbeing. It was important for me to see very concretely how AI affects decision‑making, communication, content creation, privacy, data protection and the trust between young people and youth workers.
During these days we had many practical activities and workshops. For the first time, I controlled a robot myself, I saw real cybersecurity scenarios up close and I gained a clearer understanding of why the European Union takes AI regulation so seriously – to make sure our data is not just “fuel” for systems we do not control.
Another very important part was the people.
I met participants with whom we are already planning joint projects and cooperation. These connections, in my view, are one of the biggest returns of this kind of programme.
Even though part of the group, including myself, managed to get sick during the project, the experience did not become any less valuable. I brought back not only knowledge, but also a very clear understanding of how to integrate these topics into my work and business.
Now I use this understanding to support others – so that artificial intelligence is used consciously and safely, not blindly and by inertia.
Thank you to all participants, partners, trainers and organisers who created this space to learn and grow. AI keeps changing, risks evolve, but responsibility remains.
