Helping Muslim moms become fit, energized and strong — without restrictive dieting.

The best ten days of the year are approaching.

Not days to chase perfection.
But days to return to Allah with sincerity.

Small acts matter deeply during these days:
• praying on time
• extra dhikr
• reading Qur’an
• giving charity
• fasting, and fasting on the Day of Arafah
• protecting your heart and character

The Prophet ﷺ said that no righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than those done in these ten days.

May these days bring peace, barakah, discipline, forgiveness, and softness to our hearts. 🤍. Ameen.

People often see the consistency before they see the story behind it.

There was a time when even getting through the day felt heavy.
But everyday subhanAllah I did my best to hold on to my own goals, purpose and life! I continued to wake up early for Tahajjud and Fajr, I studied, I healed through movement, routine, discipline, and faith.

Biking, swimming and running taught me endurance beyond sport.
Strength training reminded me that I was still capable.
And Islam gave me the grounding and peace I was truly searching for.

Healing didn’t happen overnight.
It happened through small actions repeated consistently.

That’s why I believe taking care of your health is deeper than aesthetics.
It can change the way you experience your entire life. And the outcome of it!

Positivity only…. 😅💪🏻

Strong Muslim women understand that health is more than only appearance.

It’s energy for salah.
It can help you battle anxiety and show up with gratitude and confidence.
Strength for motherhood and daily life.
Discipline when motivation disappears.
And habits that support you long-term — not just for a few weeks.

Quick fixes promise fast results.
But sustainable health is built through consistency, nourishment, movement, rest, and intention.

You don’t need another extreme plan.
You need habits you can actually live with.
You need to get the essentials in place.

Your body is an amanah. Treat it with care.

SHARE this with someone who needs to hear this. SAVE this to get on track and build your essential habits.

Reminder for this week; you can never ever give up😅!

Whether that is with your fitness, parenting, Quran reading, Arabic studies, du’a or whatever it might be.

You remember why it’s important.
You check your plan.
You show up.
You stay active and patient.
You make du’a.

Hope that helps.

Who needed to hear this today?

Share and help someone.

Save for days when you’re struggling.

When a Muslim woman pulls in my hijab in the street and speaks to me- I stand up for myself and my hijab.

BUT, I don’t walk up to strangers or point people out and saying what I think about their way of dressing etc.

I’m too busy working on myself, taking care of my responsibilities and so on.

And I I know Allah sees and knows everything. My responsibility is to focus on what I do and say and in Shaa Allah that can help someone else.

I personally just feel that I want and need to be extremely humble for all of Allah’s blessings and all of His guidance- which is something we can never thank Him enough for and we cannot ever take it for granted either.

Please let us be humble and let our own actions and appearance with its vibe speak louder than our words subhanAllah.

I want Muslim women to understand this:
Taking care of your health is not selfish.
It helps you become more present in your life.

More energy for your children.
More patience.
More strength.
More ability to enjoy ordinary moments.

You do not need a perfect life to feel healthier.
Sometimes it starts with the essentials:
prayer, sleep, walking, nourishing food, movement, training, rest, and slowing down enough to actually live your life.

Soft weekends can still be healthy weekends too.

You can have a slow weekend and still take care of yourself.

Soft weekends can still be healthy weekends.

Walking. Slowing down. Reading. Being fully present with your kids. Nourishing your body. Resting without guilt.

Healthy habits don’t always have to look intense, expensive, or perfect.

Sustainable health is built here too. And rest should be part of the plan.

What’s one simple thing that genuinely makes you feel healthy and grounded?

Islam changes you deeply.

Not just spiritually — but mentally, emotionally, physically, and in the way you live your everyday life.

People often think change only comes from more motivation or stronger willpower.
But sometimes real change comes from guidance, purpose, and finally knowing why you want to live differently.

My priorities changed.
And when priorities change, habits often follow.

Things that once felt normal no longer aligned with the person I wanted to become.
Not because perfection happened overnight — but because my heart changed direction in the moment that I pronounced my shahada.

That’s why your habits matter so much.
Your daily habits are a reflection of what you prioritize:

* what you consume
* how you spend your time
* what influences you
* what you normalize
* what you protect

Islam taught me that discipline is not punishment.
It’s protection.
It’s self-respect.
It’s gratitude for the body, mind, and life Allah entrusted us with.

And sometimes the strongest transformations begin quietly:
with guidance, sincerity, and one decision to walk toward something better.

Have you experienced this already, or longing for it?

Share this and share your story to help someone else. And save this to reflect upon it.

“What should I do Carin? I’m not disciplined and I’m not consistent…”

You do not need to be extreme or make it so complicated. It’s all about nailing the essentials.

Start from working on being close to Allah and remember your purpose.

Then, healthy habits for energy- so that you can feel aligned in your worship.

When you realize you have to do something for your health and energy; then start to work on your evening routine, so that you can have a healthy morning routine; and build from there. Be patient!

And if you need help to go from tired and overwhelmed to Energized and consistent? Energized Essentials is coming soon… 😀
