👩🏽‍🏫​I started my ESL teacher training program back in 2018 with a simple, but powerful goal: to address the shortage of qualified ESL teachers right here in El Jadida, Morocco. It was a local mission, and I'm incredibly proud of the amazing teachers who trained with me and went on to teach at our center and other schools and centers around the country and around the world.

🗓️​Now, in 2025, that mission has grown..

The need for great ESL/EFL teachers is a global one. My new mission is to train, coach, and mentor aspiring educators from around the world to become qualified, well-prepared, and inspiring English language teachers.

​The graphic you see here, "How to Be a Great Mentor," is a perfect reminder of what I've learned on this journey. It's about more than just giving advice. It's about empathy, communication, listening, and providing constructive criticism to help others succeed.

❤️Seeing the passion, dedication, and growth in my former trainees has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I am so incredibly proud of all of them and the impact they are making in their classrooms.

A Trip Down Memory Lane

This video takes you back to my very first project in my niche - a teacher training workshop in El Jadida, Morocco! It marked the beginning of my journey to empower local ESL/EFL teachers with enhanced teaching skills. With 60 educators in attendance, the workshop was a resounding success that led to the creation of the NOW internationally accredited WE TEFL program.

Professional development workshops are vital for ESL/EFL teachers as they foster a sense of community and facilitate the sharing of best practices. Reflecting on this journey, I’m filled with gratitude for the connections I made and the impact it had on my path.
