🌱 A little shift that makes a big difference for beginner students…

The problem that most EFL teachers who teach English online teach the way they were taught — grammar rules first, structures on the board, fill in the blanks.
It isn't wrong. It just isn't working for beginners.

Here's what actually helps 👇
✅ Phrases before rules — Let them use the language before you explain it
✅ Visual + repetition — Show, say, repeat. Then repeat again 😄
✅ Protect their confidence — Progress matters more than perfection at the start
✅ Keep lessons feeling short & fun — Online attention spans are real!

These small changes can completely transform how connected your students feel to your lessons.

Beach vs. bitch
Guys vs. g**s
I’ve noticed a similar pattern among beginners who mispronounce these words and other similar sets. This is just a short example.
It’s important to highlight the distinction between words that may be mispronounced and end up conveying a negative or unintended message. In this audio, I tried to explain these differences, and every time I encounter such errors, I make sure to correct them immediately.
