Today is World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought 🌍. It's time to rethink how we treat deserts, the Sahara, dry and arid lands, as they will be at the core of our sustainable future. Small actions matter, every drop of water counts! 💧

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, I'am happy to congratulate all women around the world and wish them more rights. On this occasion, I would like to share some points to achieve gender equality in workplaces and professional environments:

1- Women-Friendly Workplace Architecture and Design:
Providing workspaces that accommodate women’s needs and intimacy, including comfortable office setups;

2- Fair Incentives and Positive Neutrality:
Adopting gender-neutral recruitment procedures, and enforcing laws against discrimination, for instance by lowering taxes on companies that promote gender equality and enforce commitment to fair practices;

3- Supporting Policies in terms of Maternity and Children Education:
Offering flexible parental leave and establishing on-site nurseries helps reduce logistical challenges and promote work-life balance, for both genders while optimizing time and costs such as childcare and transportation costs;

4- Promoting Awareness for Gender Equality in Professional Environment:
Governments and NGOs need to strongly promote gender equality awareness, highlighting its human, economic, and social benefits, in fact. companies and societies with high gender equality often experience higher economic and professional growth.
