Coach Flanagan brings to the Ballers program almost a decade of coaching experience. This experience comes from a range of high school and division 1 baseball programs.

During his junior college years at Howard Community College, he was selected to the all regional championship team in 2014 and conference champion in 2015

Coach Flanagan is a graduate form the college of Criminal Justice at UNC-Charlotte. While a student he was a vital player for the college baseball team. In 2017, he was granted the honor of Conference USA second team.

Coach Flanagan and wife, Haley, are privilaged to become the proud parents of a amazing baby boy, Tatum, on November 2022. Coach Flanagan and family currently reside in Lakeland, Florida.
