📅 School Start Dates:
• Grades 7–12: September 6, 2026
• Grades 1–6: September 8, 2026
• Kindergarten (KG): September 10, 2026

⏰ School Schedule:
• Morning Assembly: 8:00 AM
• First Period: 8:15 AM
• End of School Day: 3:00 PM
• Extra Support Classes: 3:30–4:30 PM

⚠️ Important Notice:
Students who have not yet received their Student ID Card are kindly requested to visit the school to collect it.

🚫 No student will be allowed to enter the school without a valid Student ID Card.

South Mediterranean International School is hiring a dynamic, bilingual School Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our campus, supporting students, parents, and academic staff in a vibrant educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome parents, students, visitors, and official inspectors warmly while maintaining a secure and friendly front desk.
Handle incoming calls and school emails regarding admissions, student attendance, events, and general inquiries.
Support school daily operations by managing visitor gate passes, student early-dismissal sign-outs, and late arrivals.
Provide administrative support to the administration and teaching staff (letters, announcements, filing, and basic data entry).
Assist the admissions office with parent inquiries and campus tour coordination.
Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in school reception, educational administration, or front-of-house customer service.
Bilingual proficiency: Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English (essential for parent and international staff communication).
Friendly, approachable, and patient personality suited for an energetic school environment.
Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic school database systems).
Excellent time-management and organization skills.

حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (درجة ثانية).
خبرة في مجال النقل والقيادة المدرسية والالتزام بمعايير السلامة المرورية.
الانضباط التام في المواعيد والتعامل التربوي اللائق مع الطلاب.
اللياقة الصحية والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
