The sessions of the "English for Employment" course will cover:
* Impressing employers with clear English communication during your next Performance Review
*Proof Reading Applications and Resumes - with or without AI
* Reading Workplace Agreements for Understanding
* Answering Interview Questions

Of course, I will be flexible to listen to the needs of each person in the class and will adapt the sessions accordingly.

As a bonus, I can provide mentoring for anyone who is preparing for NAATI Certified Translator and Certified Provisional Interpreter testing - please let me know if you are interested.

Welcome to "English for Employment", a four-part series of 2 hour interactive group English classes facilitated in St.Albans starting Saturday 8 November.

I am your facilitator, so just a bit about me first. My name is Brad. As you can see I am qualified to teach English to speakers of other languages, having successfully completed the internationally recognised Cambridge English Level 5 Certificate.

I have experience working for over 20 years in the Australian Employment Services industry. In addition have been a vocational education teacher for 15 years. Currently I work as a hospital interpreter. I have post graduate degrees in both careers counselling and interpreting and translating (RMIT University).
