Midgeneration folk dance group “KURZEME” (Kurland) founded in 1981. Over the years, we have participated in several festivals and concerts not only in Latvia, but also across borders – dance concerts in Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, and Serbia. We have participate in the international dance festival in the Czech Republic and celebrated Midsummer in Germany. Inhabitants and guests of Ventspils have t

he opportunity to see us to participate in a wide range of city events and celebrations. Over the years, we have become so close as family by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and just enjoy each other. Folk dances - it is more than just to attend rehearsals and being together, it is the strengthening of the soul and get you of every day. We look forward to any new members who would like to bring to himself dancing pleasure! The most important is your desire, the rest we will teach together with our coach Indra Zarāne /GSM +371 294 100 84/
Rehearsals held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at.8:00 p.m. Theatre House "Jūras vārti", Karlīnes street 40, Ventspils, Latvia.
