Big ideas start at small tables.

A group of neighbors, leaders, and problem-solvers coming together to dream up something new.

Still work to do, but one thing is clear…
something exciting is on the horizon.

This is what Peer Leaders in Engineering is all about—creating opportunities, sparking creativity, and bringing people together through hands-on learning.

Learning happens one conversation at a time.
This weekend our Peer Leaders in Engineering volunteers spent time with kids exploring tools and asking questions. These moments of curiosity today become the innovators of tomorrow.

This weekend at the Floral City Strawberry Festival, our Peer Leaders in Engineering booth was all about curiosity, learning, and hands-on discovery.
Watching kids light up as they tried real tools, asked questions, and explored how things work reminded us exactly why we started this program.
When young people get the chance to build, experiment, and learn from people in our community, they start to see what’s possible for their own future.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to learn with us!
