📢 NOTICE: NSTP SUBJECT VERIFICATION AND COORDINATION

To all First-Year students who are currently enrolled in or will be taking NSTP 1, please coordinate with Mr. Flores or visit the Registrar’s Office for proper assistance and verification of your NSTP subject.

📌 To all students whose names are listed in the attached/posted list: Please see Mr. Flores ASAP regarding your NSTP subject. If your okay already please disregard this notice.

Kindly attend to this matter as soon as possible to ensure that your NSTP enrollment and records are properly updated.

The Final List of ROTC and CWTS Students has already been completed based on the submitted Official Registration Forms (RFs) for both components.

All students are advised to carefully check and verify their names and enrollment details in the final list.

If you notice any discrepancies, such as:
• Incorrect or misspelled name
• Missing name from the final list
• Other enrollment-related concerns

Please report the concern immediately to the assigned instructor/coordinator or look for Mr. Flores for verification and necessary correction.

MPORTANT: The final list will serve as the official basis for the ROTC and CWTS records to be submitted to the Registrar’s Office for the issuance of serial numbers. Therefore, all students are encouraged to verify their information carefully and report any concerns immediately.
