New students, be sure to apply by August 6! Current students, open registration has begun.

Attention students: This is a reminder that classes start on Monday, January 9, 2012. See you then!

Attention current students: LSCC will be closed for winter break from December 17th through January 1st. The college will reopen on January 2nd. Have a safe a happy holiday.

Attention all NEW students: The application deadline for the Spring 2012 term is December 12, 2011. Please get your applications in as soon as possible and attend new student orientation. This way you will be ready to register for classes at the beginning of open registration starting November 21st.

Attention potential graduates: As of July 1, 2011 the College Level Academic Skills Test (formerly CLAST/CLAS) graduation requirement has been eliminated by the Florida Legislature. Also, there is no longer a fee to submit a graduation application. So, if you think you may be close to completing your degree requirements, please speak with an academic advisor to see if you are on the right track for graduation.

I would like to invite you to our annual college night event on Monday, October 3rd from 6:00 - 8:00pm. There will be over 60 colleges and universities in attendance at this event. Look forward to seeing you there.

Future Students: LSCC will be hosting a College Night event on Monday, October 3, 2011 at the Leesburg campus from 6:00-8:00 pm. Over 60 colleges and/or universities will be here to answer many of your admission/enrollment questions regarding their particular school. Everyone is welcome, so please join us.

Students: Hope your first couple of weeks of classes have been going well. Please be sure that you check your Lakermail account for important information and updates. We will be using the LakerMail as the primary source of communication.

Don't forget the last day to add/drop is August 27th. If it is not already, get your schedule set as soon as possible.

This is a reminder that classes start August 22nd.

Please be aware that LSCC processed the drop for non-payment on August 15th. Please make sure your classes are all set. Classes start Monday, August 22.

Registration is still going on for fall. As long as your application was in by August 8th you can still register for classes. Classes begin August 22nd.
