ScaffChamp powered by Layher 2026 will be broadcast live from Vilnius on 6 June, with 20 international teams competing for the championship belt.

One day in 2022, I received an email from an employee at Company # # , and my attention was caught by the signature: ‘TWO-TIME ScaffChamp powered by Layher CHAMPION’. It was really impressive and I was proud to work with such company!

Originally, the idea behind the ScaffChamp powered by Layher was simply to provide a place for relaxation, socialising, networking and sharing experiences for scaffolders.

The competition itself was merely a backdrop to all of this, and in 2019 it certainly wasn’t a contest to determine who could call themselves the world’s best scaffolder.

But from the second championship onwards, whenever I asked, ‘Why do you come to the championship?’, the answer was always the same: ‘To win.’

And for me, the most thrilling moment in each team’s performance is the end of the dismantling – the lads are simply exhausted from having given their all to the task. That’s why we all love our profession, and for me, those scenes of them at work are the most impressive.

For me, ScaffChamp powered by Layher it’s the people and the genuine emotions! See you in Vilnius, June 5-6!
