Expected full enrollment is 1000 students total. All construction would be with local labor and materials-no National construction companies because of rampant fraud/communication issues. Teachers would be locally recruited-many teachers teach at several schools to generate income. (Ed system pays $200-300/mo in public schools, sometimes teachers go months without pay.) Total construction and school establishment costs total to $250,000.
