Lutheran Training Institute The Lutheran Training Institute (LTI) is a Christian institution within Liberia since 1860. It all starts with education. Education does matter.

We educate our students from Christian orientation with emphasis on academic excellence but with competence, character, and moral development. Lutheran Training Institute (LTI) is accredited by the Ministry of Education and approved private Christian institution within Liberia since 1860. Good ideas lead to good leadership skills, good decisions, good policies, and good governance; and bad ideas lead to bad leadership, bad decisions, bad policies, and bad governance. Many schools may mean well, but the result is a culture filled with perpetual adolescents who are morally crippled, and intellectually incapable of wrestling with the inevitable adversity and challenge of real life. The true purpose of education is the pursuit of Truth and not only safety. Education should not only be safe, but it should be good.

Our school was short of armchairs but our hardworking officials of the Lutheran church in Liberia, Rev. Peter Logan, Bishop Assistant; Her Highness Mrs. Naomi-Ford Wilson, General Secretary and Mrs. Mae Peter Kandaka, Treasurer, donated these chairs through the help of a humanitarian group.
