Today, we successfully held our second offline class, and what a beautiful and engaging learning experience it was! 🙌🏾✨

From the pictures, you can see more than just students gathered in a classroom—you can see friendship, teamwork, confidence, happiness, and a growing community of young leaders. 💜

Our students had an inclusive and interactive learning experience, creating space for everyone to participate, connect, share ideas, and learn from one another. Beyond the lessons, there was also plenty of fun, laughter, and meaningful interaction among students. 🤝🏾😊

Most importantly, the expectations for today’s session were met. We are proud of the commitment our learners continue to demonstrate as they take this journey toward personal and leadership development.

Today, we’re excited to announce that CAYEP Leadership Training Institute has officially launched its new website and digital learning system! 🌐

This is more than just a website it is a step toward improving how our students learn, participate, track their progress, and complete their programs.

Students will be able to register and plan their courses more easily.

Students will have access to learning materials in one organized platform.

The system will help monitor students’ academic participation and performance.

🎓 CAYEP Leadership Institute Cohort 10 - Our First Offline Class!

Today marked a new chapter for CAYEP Leadership Institute as we officially held our first offline training session for Cohort 10. 💜📚

What made today special was not just the lesson, but the opportunity to finally see our students physically present, interacting, sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning together.

The class was educative, engaging, interactive, and inspiring. Seeing the passion and willingness of our students to learn reminded us why leadership development matters. Every question, contribution, discussion, and smile made the day memorable. 🙌🏽

Starting with Cohort 10, CAYEPLI is moving forward with a blended learning approach combining online and offline training to create a richer and more practical learning experience for our students.

Meet Your Facilitator: Mr. Jerone Agyapong 🇬🇭

We are delighted to introduce Mr. Jerone Opoku Agyapong, a dynamic young entrepreneur, community development advocate, communicator, and innovator from Ghana, who will be facilitating Entrepreneurship & Business Development throughout the six-week CAYEP Leadership Institute Cohort 10 training.

Mr. Agyapong brings a diverse background in entrepreneurship, community development, communication, innovation, and youth empowerment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and has also built experience in journalism, advocacy, and community-focused initiatives.

He is a co-founder of Soyko Agro Foods, a youth-led Ghanaian business focused on food processing and innovative solutions to nutrition and agricultural challenges. Through this venture, he has gained practical experience in identifying opportunities, developing products, working with farmers, building value chains, and growing a purpose-driven business.

His entrepreneurial journey has also earned recognition, including the Grand Prize at the University of Cape Coast Entrepreneurship Festival and funding through the Kosmos Innovation Center AgriTech Pro Challenge.

During the next six weeks, Mr. Agyapong will challenge participants to think beyond simply looking for employment and instead explore how they can identify opportunities, create solutions, build sustainable businesses, understand their markets, and become entrepreneurs who create value and impact.

Participants can look forward to a practical and engaging learning experience that connects ideas with action, problems with solutions, and entrepreneurship with sustainable development.

🌍 MEET OUR FACILITATOR | SOUTH SUDAN 🇸🇸

We are excited to introduce Nyakangba Nelson Luka Poyo, a passionate young leader, peace advocate, and public speaking practitioner from South Sudan 🇸🇸, who will be joining us as a Facilitator for the CAYEP Leadership Academy.

Nelson is a Peace and Conflict Studies student, leadership and public speaking practitioner, youth peace advocate, debater, and debate adjudicator. He is the Founder of Oration Lead Hub (OLH), a leadership and public speaking academy under the Joint Debate Society (JDS), where he also serves as Secretary General.

He is further recognized as a Youth Peace Ambassador with the Goi Peace Foundation, Japan, reflecting his commitment to youth participation, peacebuilding, leadership development, and positive community transformation.
