📚 Empowering Young Minds for a Brighter Future
Welcome to the official page of the Liberia Institute for Critical Thinking and Analysis, dedicated to fostering critical thinking and analytical skills among elementary and junior high school students in Liberia.
🌍 Our Mission
We aim to cultivate a generation of thoughtful, innovative, and engaged learners who can navigate complex challenges and contribute meaningfully to their communities and the world. Through tailored programs and teacher training, we inspire students to ask questions, evaluate information, and develop evidence-based solutions.
📖 What We Do
· Teacher Training: Equipping educators with proven pedagogical strategies to promote critical thinking in classrooms .
· Student Programs: Offering interactive workshops, debates, and project-based learning activities.
· Community Engagement: Hosting radio programs like "Beyond the Classroom" to broaden the reach of critical thinking education .
· Curriculum Development: Creating age-appropriate resources aligned with Liberia’s educational needs.
🔍 Why Critical Thinking?
In today’s rapidly changing world, critical thinking is essential for personal and national decision-making. Our approach builds on global best practices and adapts them to Liberia’s unique context, ensuring students are prepared for future opportunities and challenges.
