Yesterday, we were hosted/ featured on the Focus on Liberia live show hosted by Mr. Jerome Gayman and we discussed the Anointed Minds Preparatory School project and the plan we have to support the children of Liberia, especially those that haven't been to school before.
We discussed our plan for the future and how we plan on advocating for young children in our community that have been denied the chance to access quality education.
During the show, we received a laptop from Mr. Gayman and one year wifi access from Mr.Gaye for the next school year. The wifi will help us introduce the kids to educational learning contents through YouTube and Netflix.
We are grateful for this opportunity and we look forward to getting more support for our children.
Making small impacts for our children.
We are very grateful to those who believe in us and the vision we have to support children in Liberia.
More opportunities are on the way.

Starting will be hard but all of us will soon realize that it was worth it.

Welcome to the Anointed Minds Preparatory School Page.
This school was birthed last year 2022 when we realized that in our local community, (Behind the Bethesda Christian mission school- RIA highway) 65% of kids between the ages of 4-16 years have never sat in a classroom before which is very sad for our country.
We started informing parents about the need to send their kids to school and the importance of Educating every child.
We built a zinc shaft school with four big classrooms to support the kids in the community, but before the school could be build, we started off in the local church for a few weeks and contracted some teachers to support the kids.
When the Zinc Shaft was built, we made desks and transferred the kids in the building with the help of a few friends.
Before we knew it, about 36 kids got enrolled and started learning from 8 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m. daily.
Our compensated teachers have been very supportive and regular, and we are very grateful to them for the level of support during this first year.
As we approach the second year, we look forward to working with more kids from the community and neighboring communities. It is important to note that many other kids could not get enrolled because the parents could not afford the small fees of 30 united states dollars equivalent in Liberian dollars for registration and fees- this was meant to buy book, learning materials and compensate the teachers- even though many enrolled students' parents could not afford to also pay the said amount.
This expansion will require adding more classes as well as working with parents through engagement activities to ensure that the school is in a good position for Kids to get enrolled next school year.
We are asking for help in making this dream a reality. We will appreciate any help that can educate a child.
