Many young people are thirsty for growth, yet they have not learned ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ๐ง..
They attend programs, collect certificates, take polished professional photos, craft decorated posts, and celebrate โgrowth.โ
But the real question is: Does it truly matter, and is it enough?
The answer may be yes, only if they understand this one thing: the ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐.
A gentle reminder: the purpose of life is to live a life of purpose. Every dot we connect, every skill we learn, must be intentional and aligned with who we desire to become and how we intend to become it.
We must pursue skills that add real value to our careers and to our professional and spiritual journeys, not those that merely consume time, drain energy, and exhaust limited resources.
It is time to shift from merely being attendees to becoming individuals committed to defining, rebuilding, and refining themselves, people who choose to live, teach, and lead with purpose.

On August 29-30, EduThink-Afrika successfully hosted the Youth Impact Leadership Program Series 3.0, a dynamic two-day event designed to empower and inspire the next generation of leaders. The program brought together over 30 enthusiastic young people from diverse backgrounds, creating a vibrant platform for learning, networking, and personal development.
Throughout the series, participants engaged in interactive sessions covering a wide range of critical topics, including leadership skills, entrepreneurship strategies, community engagement, artificial intelligence (AI), career development, and effective communication and networking techniques. The program aimed to equip young people with practical knowledge and tools to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Highlights of the event included inspiring talks from industry experts, hands-on workshops, and lively group discussions that fostered peer learning and collaboration. Participants also had the opportunity to develop actionable plans for their personal and professional growth.
Attached is a comprehensive report detailing the activities, key insights, and outcomes from Day 1 and Day 2 of the program. We look forward to seeing how these young leaders will apply what they have learned to create meaningful change in their communities.
