An Economist and a Senior Student Mrs. Asha Kromah has declared her intention to one of our members that she will be contesting next semester as Vice President For The Senior Class!

She will be contesting with the Current President Of The Junior Class Mr. Augustine C. Boakai who was once a defeated Candidate in the Freshman Class Election.

With the knowledge and experience of Asia Kromah in attending several programs at the Ministry Of Finance and Development Planning, do you think she can defeat any opponent who comes her way?

Congratulations to Comrade James Ballo Yekeh for earning a 3.8 GPA, it's an achievement that can qualify him for international scholarship.

Earning a 3.8 GPA at the United Methodist University is not an easy thing. One of our members Armah K. Sambola who had the opportunity to sit in Auditing class with Comrade Yekeh described him as someone who is highly sophisticated and industrious in scoring good grades.

Congratulations to Sophomore Class President and SRC Secretary General, President Tino Junius for achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA this semester.

President Junius has announced his intention to run for Junior Class President next semester, after serving with distinction for three semesters as Sophomore Class President. He is intellectually gifted and diligent.

President Junius will be submitting a perfect 4.0 GPA to the administration next semester before contesting.

To those who have not yet seen all their grades, continue being patient, before registration starts on July 28 all your grades will be in the system.

Don't forget that August 1, 2026 will be another entrance on UMU main campus.

Encourage secondary school graduates in your community to take advantage of the entrance.

You can now start to check your eportal for your grades. Before registration starts on July 28, all your grades will be in the system.

Comrades, the Grade Sheet has now appeared on the ePortal. This means the process of uploading grades has started.

From tomorrow onward, your grades may begin to appear little by little.
Don't panic if all your grades are not there at once, just keep checking your ePortal from time to time.

Every university in Liberia has its own challenges, no University in Liberia is perfect.

UMU Future Leaders encourages all students from Freshman to Junior not to rush into taking Transfer because of the recent tuition increase. Before making such a decision, just take your time to compare the total cost of attending other universities.

Even though the tuition has increased, UMU still has low itemized fees compared to many other universities, where students may end up paying much more fees.

Please, let's remain in UMU to support each other, and continue the journey we started together. Let's stay at UMU and graduate with pride and dignity.
