WHO WE ARE
Federation youth for change against women and children violence (FYCAWCV) is a nonprofit organization,non governmental non political established in 2017 to work with young woman and adolescent children providing them opportunities to thrive as leaders in their communities through Economic Empowerment Health, education,Agriculture social justice,peace and Dialogue.
Our vision
Envision a world where children can grow up to be socially and economically empowered young woman who will be leaders and peer mentor with in their communities.
Our Aims
Established empowerment,life skills and advocacy programs that seek to provide.
Voice to young woman and children in discussion making household , communities and countries in politics, the media and social security;through their participation,leadership and collective action.
Choice to young women and children to complete education and to benefit from paid works and opportunities to make sufficient income;over whether,when and will whom to s*x ,marry and/or have children; to end children early force marriage (CEFM).
Ownership of women and children over their bodies and mobility,including their safety form violence to control income productive assets and other resources (including food,water and energy) with equal rights access to justice and freedom discriminatory social norms.
Leadership to young women and children
Mentorship and coaching to women and young people
Engage in Agricultural programs;operate farms and Agri-businesses including crops preservation,food value chain and food hubs with shall as social enterprise for the sustainability of the institution and economic empowerment for young rural women.
Established and operate an educational institutions or learning center which shall provide leadership,life skills,and vocational training courses to adolescents young women and youth through out Liberia.
