AME UNIVERSITY CLASS PRESIDENT CALLS FOR UNITY AHEAD OF TOMORROW’S 2ND ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Monrovia, Liberia – On the eve of the AME University Class of 2022/2023’s 2nd Anniversary Celebration, Class President Mr. Peter Yancy II has called on all alumni to embrace unity, collaboration, and shared purpose as the class prepares to reunite on Saturday, November 1, 2025, under the theme “Reunite for One Cause.”

Speaking ahead of the event, President Yancy emphasized that the celebration is more than a reunion — it is a reaffirmation of the class’s commitment to progress, solidarity, and collective impact.

“Tomorrow’s anniversary is not just a gathering; it is a reminder that our strength lies in unity,” Yancy stated. “Two years after graduation, we must continue to build bridges, support one another, and uphold the values that made us who we are as the Class of 2022/2023.”

He further noted that the class motto, “Knowledge is Light,” continues to guide their journey as alumni, inspiring members to remain active contributors to their communities and to one another’s growth.

“Let us carry this light forward — as friends, as professionals, and as family. The best way to honor our past is to work together for a brighter future,” he added.

The 2nd Anniversary event, set to take place on the AME University Campus, will feature special recognitions, reflection sessions on achievements, a class leadership report, and the formation of the 3rd Anniversary Planning Committee.

President Yancy’s message sets a hopeful tone for the celebration, encouraging all classmates to attend with open hearts, ready to reconnect and reignite the shared spirit that defines the AME University Class of 2022/2023.
