Done Deal, FMCA To Get Modern Basketball Gym; President Weah Assures The School’s Administration

The sporting infrastructure sector under President George Weah is said to be gradually growing unlike before.

Currently, the Samuel Kanyan Doe Sports complex has a new look, the Antoinette Tubman Stadium, Tusa Field , the Doris Williams Sports stadium , the SKD practice pitch among others are testimonies of the infrastructural boost within the sector.

Speaking in district ten Montserrado County in continuation of the citizens engagement county tour , President Weah said he will be a leader of more action and less talk.

As part of his tangible works , the chief patron of sports promise to give the current Ford Madden Christian Academy basketball gym located in district ten Montserrado County on the smyth road community a new and modern look.

“ I will change this court and transform it into a new gymnasium with new rim, wooden floor among others “, he assured them.

According to him, his move is in continuation of the refurbishment of basketball facilities across the Country.

He was responding to a request and an appeal from the Principal of FMCA Mr. T. Augustus Mckeever at the ongoing county tour in Montserrado County.

Additionally, he promise to give new hope to the people of Liberia.

The plan new look of the future FMCA gym which will also be an addition to the infrastructural boost within the sector will also benefit both the School including the general populace who normally use it for practices and exercises.

At the same time, the Liberian leader promised to address some of the plights of district ten residents gradually and also from his personal perspective as such, urged them to remain patient.

Founded 1996, the FMCA has been contributing to the educational sector of the Country by molding the minds of the future leaders of Liberia for tomorrow.
