FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MSA-SMPU Conducts Charity Distribution to Mosques in Johnsonville and Surrounding Communities
“Whoever relieves a believer’s hardship in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment.”
Guided by this noble teaching and the spirit of charity in Islam, the Muslim Students’ Association of SMPU, by the grace of Allah, humbly carried out a charity distribution exercise yesterday—marking a small but meaningful step in our journey of service to the Ummah.
This outreach reached the following institutions:
1. The Yellow Mosque, Johnsonville
2. The Islamic Center at the Day Break Mouth Open Community
3. As-Sufa Islamic Institute of Education and Training
Essential food items were shared with these communities as an expression of brotherhood, compassion, and collective responsibility—values deeply rooted in our faith.
Though modest, this effort reflects the importance Islam places on caring for one another and standing in support of our communities. It is our hope that this step grows into sustained acts of (goodness), In shaa Allah.
May Allah accept this from us, place barakah in it, and allow us to continue serving with sincerity.
