We are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Teacher’s Farm and InfoQuest a strategic partnership grounded in a shared vision to strengthen teaching quality and improve learning outcomes across Liberia.

Through this collaboration, both institutions will jointly implement the Assessment, Training, Evaluation, and Partnership (ATEP) Program a structured, data-driven initiative designed to support elementary, junior, and senior high schools.

This partnership brings together: Teacher’s Farm as the Technical Lead, delivering classroom assessments, teacher evaluations, and capacity-building interventions. While InfoQuest will serve as the strategic Lead, driving stakeholder engagement, school partnerships, and overall project coordination.

Together, we are moving beyond intuition-based systems toward evidence-based education empowering educators, strengthening institutions, and shaping better learning experiences for students across Liberia. This is more than a partnership; it is a commitment to sustainable educational transformation.
