GOOD NEWS FOR OUR MASTER’S AND PhD STUDENTS ACROSS THE WORLD!

Prof. Gideon C. Mwanza, Founder and Chancellor of Gideon Robert University (GRU), the university where I earned my PhD, has accepted our invitation to attend the 3rd Major Graduation Ceremony of Rudolph Kwanue University (RKU) on December 11, 2026, as our Guest of Honor.

Prof. Mwanza will arrive in Liberia on December 9, along with two powerful leaders from Zambia—the President of the Medical Association of Zambia and a top official from the university.

They are coming to meet the RKU family, our friends, staff, students, and people who are interested in Master’s and PhD programs.

I personally invited Prof. Mwanza because I want him to come and see the situation in Liberia and hear the concerns of many people who want to enroll in Gideon Robert University’s Master’s and PhD programs.

Gideon Robert University is one of the leading private universities in Zambia, with higher education programs recognized by the relevant government higher-education authorities in Zambia.

The university offers programs up to the PhD level in different specializations, including Health Sciences, Education, Business, Social Sciences, and many other fields.

GRU has students coming from different parts of the world, and its annual graduation brings together thousands of graduates from various programs and countries.

RKU is accredited by the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE) for its Bachelor’s degree programs, and GRU is an affiliate university of RKU.

RKU and GRU have been working together for the past four years, and this relationship continues to grow stronger.

During his visit, Prof. Mwanza will meet with almost 100 prospective Master’s and PhD students. He will also meet with NCHE leaders and other stakeholders in Liberia.

After his visit, I will travel with Liberian Master’s and PhD students who have completed their studies with GRU. We will travel to Lusaka, Zambia, for their graduation ceremony on December 18, 2026.

This is the powerful global relationship RKU has established.

We are building bridges, creating opportunities, and connecting Liberian students with international higher education opportunities.

NEW DEAN OF THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION AT RKU
Rudolph Kwanue University (RKU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. J. Lux Fallah as the new Dean of the Faculty of Education.

Mr. Fallah is replacing Mr. Pillepor Mulbah, who has served the university and the Faculty of Education with dedication and commitment.

We want to sincerely thank Mr. Mulbah for the great work and valuable service he has given to RKU.

Because of his age and health condition, he cannot continue serving in the office as Dean.

However, his wealth of experience will still be needed, and he will continue to help and support the entire Faculty of Education.

About the New Dean
Mr. J. Lux Fallah is a passionate educator and agricultural scientist with over ten years of teaching and field experience.

He holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Education from Cuttington University, with a focus on Pedagogy, Curriculum Design, and Educational Leadership.

He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGD-Education) from Cuttington University.

He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Sciences (Agriculture) and an Associate of Science in General Agriculture, both from Cuttington University.

Mr. Fallah has served as a Lecturer/Teaching Assistant at Cuttington Junior College and as a High School Principal at Redeem International School System.

He has also worked as a Geography and Agriculture Teacher and has experience in school leadership, educational administration, agriculture, and community development.

He has also completed several professional trainings in Logistics and Procurement Management, Emerging School Leadership and Teacher Training, Monitoring and Evaluation, Ethics and Professionalism, Strategic Leadership, and Teachers' Professional Refresher Training.

With his educational qualifications and years of experience, RKU believes Mr. J. Lux Fallah will bring new ideas, strong leadership, and commitment to the Faculty of Education.

RKU December 11 Graduation Committee Chairperson – Class of Grace

Rudolph Kwanue University (RKU) is pleased to announce that Mrs. C. Korpo Sorsor Lablah , Senior Registrar of RKU, has been named Chairperson of the RKU December 11 Graduation Committee – Class of Grace.

Mrs. Lanlah brings valuable experience in organizational management, teamwork, commitment to service, and the general operations of RKU.

As Senior Registrar, she has a strong understanding of the university’s academic and administrative activities.

She also knows the history, struggles, growth, achievements, and success of RKU very well.

Over the years, she has worked hand in hand with the University President and Founder, supporting both the internal and external programs of the university.

Mrs. Lanlah has also worked closely with the President during the past two major RKU graduations, both of which were successfully organized.

Her experience, commitment, teamwork, and deep understanding of RKU make her a strong choice to lead the December 11 Graduation Committee – Class of Grace.

This is not just an ordinary graduation. It is one of RKU’s major graduation events, bringing together local and international students, families, associates, lecturers, researchers, affiliate institutions, partners, and sponsors from different places.

One of the participants from RKU’s August 3–8 workshop has invited RKU to conduct a training workshop at Author Totaye International School, Kpelleh Town, Barnard Farm Community.

The training for school leaders and teachers will be held this Friday and Saturday, August 28–29, 2026.
Topics include classroom management, lesson planning, testing and evaluation, teachers’ ethics, and more.

Certificates of participation will be issued by RKU.
