"Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests, faculty members, and most importantly, the graduates of this esteemed training program, it is an absolute honor and privilege to stand before you today as your guest speaker on this momentous occasion. Congratulations to each and every one of you!

I am so proud of each of you graduating today:

First and foremost, I want to commend all the graduates for your hard work, dedication, and perseverance that have brought you to this very moment. Completing a training program is no easy feat, and you should be incredibly proud of your achievements. Through countless hours of studying, practical exercises, and overcoming challenges, you have demonstrated your commitment to your personal and professional growth and the growth and development of Liberia.

Today marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another—a chapter filled with endless possibilities and opportunities. As you step into the next phase of your journey, I encourage you to reflect upon the valuable lessons you have learned during this training program. Remember that education is a lifelong pursuit, and this program is just the foundation upon which you will continue to build your knowledge and skills.

One of the most important lessons I hope you take away from this Gonet Academy is the power of determination. You have all faced obstacles along the way—times when you felt overwhelmed or uncertain. But you refused to give up. You pushed through, and that resilience will serve you well in any endeavor you pursue. Remember that success is often born out of failure. Embrace setbacks as opportunities for growth and continue to strive for excellence.

Another crucial lesson is the value of collaboration and teamwork. Throughout this program, you have had the opportunity to work alongside your peers, learning from each other's strengths and supporting one another. In the real world, success is rarely achieved in isolation. Foster those relationships you have built, seek out diverse perspectives, and embrace the power of collaboration. Together, you can achieve far more than any individual could ever accomplish alone.

As you embark on your respective careers, I encourage you to stay curious and remain adaptable. In today's rapidly evolving world, the only constant is change. Embrace new technologies, challenge the status quo, and always be open to learning. Seek out mentors who can guide you, and never hesitate to ask questions. Remember that growth happens outside of your comfort zone, so be willing to take risks and embrace new opportunities.

Finally, never forget the importance of passion and purpose. Find what truly ignites your soul and pursue it relentlessly. Life is too short to settle for mediocrity or to live someone else's dreams. Chase your own dreams with unwavering determination and let your passion be the driving force behind your success. When you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.

In conclusion, I want to reiterate my heartfelt congratulations to the graduates of this training program. You have proven your capabilities, and I have no doubt that you will make a significant impact in your chosen fields. Remember to celebrate this milestone, but also to remain humble and hungry for knowledge.

As you leave this ceremony today, armed with your newfound skills and knowledge, carry with you the lessons you have learned and the friendships you have formed. Following eight (8) weeks of learning, students of the Gonet Academy Procurement and Contract Management Course Online Section presented their procurement plans for either goods, works or services, along with their supplier performance evaluation conducted to determine the best vendor for the purchase or contract. Despite the challenges with internet connectivity in Liberia, we are striving to create access to affordable and quality learning and educational opportunities for individuals and institutions in both rural and urban areas. We are excited that our online classes are currently hosting students from various counties, including Maryland, Margibi, B**g, Nimba, Lofa, Grand Gedeh, Grand Cape Mount, Montserrado, Grand Bassa, among others. In order to increase access to learning and educational opportunities and improve learning outcomes, we have developed a learning management system that allows learners to learn from anywhere at anytime using their mobile or electronic devices.
